I ordered lunch and got a wrap with onion rings. I was told I could not have a sauce and then the wrap had what looked like a day old chicken nugget in it. I got fries instead of onion rings and then when I took it back I was only refunded 3 dollars. Not even enough to cover the wrap that I gave back to you. You can't call them it just says the extension is not available. Horrible service all around!

Horrible service, me, my brother and grandma went here for dinner and we asked for 3 5$ your way meals, the lady at the register put in 4 burgers for 10$. I came back to the register and asked for fries payed for it, blah blah blah, never got them. We payed 19+$ for 3 small drinks and 3 small fries. We wont be back. (We did get a refund tho)

I was the only car in the parking lot had a mobile order went through drive thru waited a few minutes for him to come to the box told him I had a mobile order told him my name and he said second window. Drove up and he handed my drinks to me. I sat them in my seat turned around to him holding my receipt to me but he is in my window. Then he slams the bag of food in my hand didn't say anything and shut the window. Ok I get it he is young he hasn't grown into his manners yet I guess. I ordered a bacon king and fry of course the fries are cold but I took the food home so benefit of the doubt it was the drive. My burger had no bacon not even a sniff of bacon and the bread was so dry it crumbled in my hand. The burgers were still very pink and the way they were stuck together it looks like they were cooked together

If your going to be on the Uber platform please realize that when you tell us the store is closed, we have to take a picture of the hours posted on your door to send to Uber, instead of your worker being rude, telling us no, and waving her finger at us through the window.

We had driven through this Burger King that when we got home that they got our orders mixed up that my dad had ordered an original chicken sandwich and they actually got us chicken nuggets instead. Their service is not exactly good and even much with their food that more times I would just stick with McDonald's and definitely know that Burger King seems like they're going downhill and probably are not going to last anyway?
