Chick running the drive thru had an aggressive tone with me, despite my own attempts to keep the dynamic calm. It was clear her own personal life & problems were seeping into her work ethic & customer service capabilities. Tried to deny me sauce even when i told her I'd pay extra for it. Also had food missing when i left. Wish I could rate this lower than 1*, having teenagers take their anger out on me because their lives are so hard when really i just want my food is not my idea of a decent lunch break.

Friday Night 9:35 PM drive thru ....ordered 3 for $3 Got it at 9:38 Ordered Double Cheese onions and ketchup only got it and ~~ It was perfect .I ordered french fries ~~ they were perfect also. these people work hard to give us the best they can do with what there given ! Don't come on here and complain like a B(TCH. Go back and they will make it right ! Nice peeps not there to ruin your day but to fill you up with good stuff ! CHILL ON MY BURGER KING !

went around mid day and lobby was closed due to shortage of staff. The cashier was friendly but thought it was bad business for store to be closed during normal hours. Also the building needs serious updating and repair. Better yet a teardown and rebuild.

As u can see theres really no customers here. But we got spills on the floor chairs on the tables and its barely 8pm. I did mobile order, i get there about 5 to 7 mins tell them my info. He says that will be just a min. Next thing i know they start making my food. So why is there mobile app if u not doing the food. Smh

Not friendly at all. Came in and the cashier was sitting down at one of the tables took him maybe 5 minutes to come ring in our order. He barely said a word. Was not polite at all. Did not give me a receipt. When we walked out no one said "have a nice day" or "thank you for coming in" none of that. Food was barely warm. Sorry but i will not be coming back to this location.

Bacon cheese whopper was a bit expensive but good. I was in the area and did not expect a great meal but I was hungry. 3 cars were in line and I was still through in a couple of minutes. Super fast! Order was correct. Good job!

Real bad service! People playing on their phone, smoking outside and "we ran out of ketchup" no ketchup ,no hamburguer. Never come back.

This is literally the worst place to go for food in the Waldo area. Every time I’ve come service is slow, which I imagine is due to bad management, and not the actual staff. One time I came through the drive through and some guy tried to start hitting on me, to which the girl who took my card said “don’t listen to him” obviously uncomfortable. This time, the manager I assume stormed out of the store saying she was filing a police report for something. Then snapped at one of her employees when they asked why RIGHT in front of me. Food is always hot, most of the staff is usually very friendly, but avoid this place unless you literally have no where else to go.

I haven't been in this Burger King in years. I'm writing this review now because I'm still irritated at what took place the last time I was there. I was waiting in line with about 4 or 5 other customers. One of the female employees behind the counter was talking loudly to another young woman on the customer side of the counter. The employee started yelling and flipped the middle finger at the young woman she was yelling at. The female manager was standing next to this employee while this took place and did nothing. I'm no prude, but this behavior was really bad. The other customers just stood there in line like sheep and seemed embarrassed. I spoke up and told the female employee that she was rude and asked the manager why she didn't do something about what her employee did. The female manager said "I told you before not to flip people off in front of customers." What? Are you kidding me? This employee flipped people off in front of customers before and she was still working there? I told the manager that this was the most outrageous thing I've seen in a restaurant and I would call their main office and left the restaurant. When I called, it was obvious Burger King management didn't care much about customer satisfaction.

This could quite possibly be the worst Burger King in Kansas City. Maybe even the world. I went through the drive-thru with one car in front of me. I ordered a burger and fries...pretty much the least complicated things on the menu. Fifteen minutes later, myself and the car in front of me are still waiting. I ended up abandoning the order and just leaving. They should make a documentary about this place. It's seriously the worst.

Worst BK ever. The review are all correct. Bottom of the barrel employees. They need to just shut this unit down
