Can you STOP putting so much damn salt in the chips. It's hard to eat and the ingredients of the rest of the food already has enough salt. Please stop it. Other than that you guys make good food when you first open up for the day.

I left one star on each because unfortunately it’s what I feel was deserved it’s 3/10/24 I’m eating my bowl at 6:07 and the staff was slow and had no sense of urgency the rice had no lime or salt into i know because I only got rice and beans and am glad I didn’t spend more than $2

The restaurant is always soooo dirty when I go... Went to the liberty location.they seem to be really phoning it in every aspect. No warm greetings when in line. Trash cans overflowing with trash. Speciality lemonades out completely,that the holder was bone dry, soda machine out of CO2 and syrup. Tables needed to be bussed and wiped down. These employees should really care about their place of employment by taking some pride. And oh by the way the patio door needs to be unlocked so you can come back into the restaurant from the patio to refill your drink...etc.

This is hands down the worst chipotle i have ever been too. I have gone to this Chipotle 2 times this week. They got my online order wrong the first time and absolutely fleeced my order the 2nd time. Enough food to call a damn snack.

Just not worth it and no wonder it was not busy. Ordered online 4 bowls all with double meat (which is an extra $6, bowls become $18+ each). The bowls were all rice. 2 bowls actually had both meats ordered but was so little it would not be considered double meat by anyone. The other 2 bowls, which were each also supposed to come with 2 kinds of meats, only came with a small amount of 1 meat. HUGE disappointment and we live about 40 minutes away. Will not be back.

There is something for almost all tastes. I like the ability to have a different burrito, bowl each time. Guacamole& sourcream could be thicker. Little runny. Barbacoa...spelling wrong ,is delicious. You never leave hungery.Vegetarian options: Any dish can be just veggies if you wantDietary restrictions: You can do a bowl. No tortilla for keto meals.

I like Chipotle. Just not this one, which happens to be my hometown store. It gets completely overwhelmed. Drink station is always a mess, trash cans overflowing, DoorDash drivers lined up blocking the exit once you get your food, parking lot is pure chaos, workers can’t keep up with the volume. They desperately need to build another store in Liberty because this one can’t keep up.

I placed a to go order. I paid for a kids quesadilla meal and once I got home I realized my daughters “quesadilla” was a plain flour tortilla and they didn’t include the sides I ordered on both mine and my daughters order

I think the portion amount is good, the taste is good. To make it a good amount, you have to ask for extra rice and beans if you are getting a bowl.
Someone was throwing pans in the kitchen over and over making really loud noise. Next thing you know everyone was coming out rolling their eyes and putting their hands up. Look like a pretty hostile environment. I won't be back!

This location sucks and chipotle has gone downhill. The last two times I ordered here I placed an online order and ended up waiting an extra 20+ minutes for my order. Both of those times I ordered chips and once my food is ready, I find out they are out of chips. I tried to contact chipotle online and all I got out of it was free chips and guac ? waist of my time and money.

We ordered Casadeia for a toddler. Got to the table which we had to clean first and it was not cooked. They replaced and it was not cooked. We were told the third one which was not cooked was because the equipment was not working. We were then told no coupons or credits are given any more so we could order something else. By then we had been there over 30 minutes. The baby had eaten the other items and we were getting ready to go when they brought another one that was cooked.This location is filthy as not one table was clean and the bathroom was horrible. And now if the food isn’t as it should be too bad. Quality of food has declined and the restaurant is filthy. I don’t know how they pass health inspections. Won’t be going back. You had health scares a while back but apparently you did not learn anything. Won’t pay my hard earned money for such poor quality.

Was served a burrito bowl with frozen lettuce. When I told the manager he told me they like to keep the lettuce cold. I’m okay with cold lettuce, not frozen. He then remade me a bowl and when I sat down to eat it, I noticed it had barely any chicken on it. I Guess this was my punishment for complaining.

Food was fine - not the typical Chipotle standard. The thing that frustrated me was how dirty the store was. We went right after 11am, just opened, and several tables were dirty. I went to grab a straw and they were all wet. Floors were dirty as well. Like I said food was fine, but when the restaurant is dirty it just makes me feel weird about the food too.
