Went in and ordered my dinner. At checkout I was charged a tip. I chose no tip however my card was charged $1.06 for a tip. This is a fast food restaurant no tip necessary. I had to wait because the manager had to run some report twice. Couldn't wait till they took my order. There was no one behind me.Beware, they charge you a tip on your card even if you say no.

First they forgot my shake and then my hamburger was wrong. If this was the first time 5 Guys messed up no big deal. Sadly 5 Guys gets it wrong 1/2 the time. And their food is way over priced. Do not recommend.

*edit - getting orders correct is still an issue...missing patties on burgers now too. Be sure to check you order before leaving the store.* Food is great! Employees are friendly. Giving a low rating due to quality and consistency of output when ordering delivery or pickup. Missing items or toppings are a regular thing. Our delivery today was missing the fries...I mean come on. Previously there was no bacon or missing hot sauce or no condiments at all...quality and consistency should be the same for to go orders as with in person.

Wow. This place has changed. The minute I walked in I could tell this restaurant was different. The place was so clean. The tables and counters were shining. They welcomed me in and took my order right away. The food was hot and delicious and you got the amount of fries you used to get when you bought a LARGE FRIES.

We went at 2:30 in the afternoon so they weren’t busy, no excuse for poorly cooked patties. I ordered the regular with cheese and bacon. The patties were totally dry, cooked to death and the cheese wasn’t melted. Fry’s were great and the employees were friendly but the worst burger I can ever remember getting anywhere.
