The manager that’s prematurely balding and looks like he slams a 12 pk every night and beats his wife is so rude! I’ve heard him cuss at his workers and his customers numerous times! Tonight he made me mad enough to leave a review! Walked in at 9:30! Took almost 20 minutes to get our DINE IN FOOD THAT HE GAVE ME IN A TOGO BAG?! I sat down to eat .. kids had 40! Nuggets and only a couple sauces. went up and asked for a barbecue sauce and he said IT COSTS 64 cents! I said WE HAVE 40 NUGGETS!! He said “IM ABOUT TO ASK YALL TO LEAVE ANYWAYS”!! They close at 10. But excuse me??? We got there at 9:30 it took y’all 20 minutes to even get the burger and nuggets out then you wanted to argue over a barbecue sauce and try to kick us out! Lmao … Karma is so real and I see you ending up on unemployment cause your nasty attitude gets you fired, living in your mom’s basement.

Every time I order a double cheeseburger with no onions, they give me a dried up McDouble with all the ketchup, mustard, & onions scraped off the bun, as if I couldn’t tell. I see ya’ll & you suck.

This is one of the Best McDs in Olathe/OPareas, I was so impressed, the manager went "far & above" to assure we we're comfortable, satisfied & happy with our dining experience. He even baked more holiday pies to complete our order !!!I appreciated his gestures. !!!!

I ordered on doordash a big Mac meal and 20 pc mcnuggets. In the app it says they serve dinner till 4am ordered at 3:29am. They tell two dashers that they can't complete the order as it is now switched over to breakfast. I ask both times if they can cancel the order to get a full refund. They say that the 20 mcnuggets are out of stock and I get that refunded back. But that's it, I tried calling the store so that they can click the cancel button store doesn't answer. Now I'm missing 27 dollars out of my account for nothing. Don't waste your money here ever!
