ONLINE ORDERS/UBER EATS/DOOR DASHERS BEWARE: This place is constantly getting scammed out of their online orders... Meaning: the driver showed up, picked up the order, didn't confirm it, exited out of the order and kept the food. (Sadly it happens all the time). You are better off ordering/picking up from anywhere else where the workers are somewhat competent. Very sad establishment

I’m lovin it. I never really thought I would be writing a review for a McDonald’s but this is warranted. I first saw the “double Big Mac” being advertised here. It truly brought a tear to my eye. Wack

Manager Kat shouldnt be a manager. Her job was done for her instead, by a night shift worker named Emily, because kat clearly just didnt want to deal with what was essentially, a very normal, very fixable situation. I had ordered through the app, which doesnt work well on a good day, and found out once i got to the store that it, while having taken money from my account, it hadnt actually sent the order to rhe store. Instead of working with my friend to fix this, he was turned away and ignored. I had to go in, show them my banking app, and watch as this poor girl emily tried to litterally lay out what the manager was supposed to do for her, only for kat to throw her hands up in defeat repeatedly anyway. It took multiple minutes of prodding to get her to do her job. Please, give people like emily managers positions and stop giving them to some of the absolute worst people.
They get my order wrong pretty frequently but they are usually very busy when this happens however they have an employee named AMY who is amazing and was quite the help after my most recent order was messed up she made it right and took care of me with no questions asked and I appreciated that as I was upset from the inconvenience of having to deal with a messed up order she rectified it 😉

Above average McDonald's service at this location.. I come here often and have for years.. I've had few issues at this location over the last 15 yrs or so. Currently still as good as any McDonald's , sometimes drive thru gets backed up at night, but all the busy 24hr stores do . During Normal hours food is always ready quickly, rarely wait to pick up door dash or online order inside.. Drive thru moves quickly and efficiently even when using only one one lane for drive thru
