I have never nor would I ever use DoorDash or any other means of delivery services other than the store delivery! You should tell the customer so they have the choice of picking it up on their own, this is very deceptive ! I will NOT eat this food or Pizza Hut again

02/10/24. We layed to rest today my 95 yr old Marine Corp Korean War Veteran grandpa, and at 6 pm went to get pizza and I got to hold the door open for another Korean war Veteran, the man working the front was so kind and sweet to this old man, even walked his food out to him in his car, the man that brought my food to the counter was very respectful, I just wanna say that 2815 S 47th St, Kansas City, KS 66106 Pizza Hut are the bees knees man, good job.
Staff is very friendly and pizza is perfectly cooked and always comes out on time. Well- run chain establishment.

First time here. Young woman at the counter was very helpful. Explained all the promotions, truly appreciated her amazing customer service. (I believe she had some facial studs, jewelry) mine you very tasteful.▪︎When she brought my pizza & goodies out, she even offered to hold the door, so I could get out, which was most helpful. Mine you I am handicap, and walk with a cane.▪︎She even offered to get my car door for me (also). I advised would be fine getting into my car (I was so impressed) truly in these temperatures. (11 degrees).▪︎For a young person to truly think about such details, to assistance a customer. I was blow away . I give her 50 ? ⭐ ⭐ stars.Parking: Strip mall location. Parking upfront of business. Parking spots fill up quick.▪︎No handicap parking spots, no automatic doors.

Total rip-off. I placed an order and had enough points to wear. The large pizza was supposed to be order did not process and they took all my points away and now they're making me fill out all sorts of pay for to get my points. Reinstated, screw that I'll never use Pizza Hut again.

I am very picky when it comes to pizza. I worked at Godfathers Pizza through high school and part of college. Last night I ordered from this Pizza Hut. Extra sauce and a messed up order. They made it perfectly. Kudos to who made it. Excellent.

I have been sitting waiting on an order that was to be delivered at 7:26 p.m. it is now 7:47 and my order hasn't even left the store yet. Called 648-8888 twice just for them to tell me that the complaint has to go through the store and they tried to call the store twice while I was on hold and no one wants to answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Just received my order 8:07.
