The worse customer service you can find here! I tried to pick up an order and after waiting an hour they tell me that they were closed.The lady didn’t even bothered in opening the window to talk to me. She kept yelling that they were closed instead. After waiting forever this guy shows up to ask what was going on. I told this guy that I had an order placed already and I was waiting on my turn to pick it up he stated that they threw it away. They saw me sitting there and didn’t say anything to me or the bunch of people waiting behind me. I HATED the way they ignored me and handled the situation like it was normal for them. Absolute lack of interest in doing their job the right way.

Slow service and orders piling up as a result. They clearly had plenty of food already done, they're just not prepping quick enough. SOAKING WET FLOOR, what on earth?

I had not eaten at Popeyes for a few years. I had forgotten how good it is. The chicken was delicious. The prices are not insane like other chicken places either. I'll be back.

Food was good but I wanted to dine-in to eat and it was SOOOO cold inside. My hands were numb by the time I was finished. Absolute BS for a restaurant to be 46 degrees F (what the thermostat said).

The employees communicate amongst themselves instead of communicating with the customers. They are slow with making the orders for the front line. The store was not cleaned lobby trash in tables the bathroom was not cleaned up.

I went in to place my order don't think about eating in the lobby was freezing cold uninviting. That's the way you treat people when you don't want them to stay!!!!
