Worked there for 1.5 years. After becoming frustrated on an account, I tried to do the right thing and give them a two week notice. Shortly afterward I was contacted by Julie Mitchell who told me that my resignation was being accepted immediately because I was making inappropriate comments about the company and management (which was a lie) and refused to say what those comments were. I was then turned down by several other companies because RTI had placed false reports on my record. This has left me in dire financial straits.

my husband has been a company driver for RTi for 5 yrs this month!!! This has been a wild adventure, and have had some awesome dispatchers!!! not a hold lot of down time, and we only see our home town in maryland once every two to three months but that is our choice!!! RTi is just amazing company!!!! very respectful caring and understanding!!

RTI has been a great family to work for been with them since 2008 started as a company driver and did a lot of different jobs switch to a lease driver in 2017 and have not regretted it at all they have a lot to offer l am sure they will have something that could work for you

Dodged this bullet. Got turned down by safety. Hired by Guaranteed Transport tanker with a far better pay scale and safety rating. Your drivers are trash , friend of mine hired on here and regretted it. Thanks again.

this company is so dysfunctional its not even funny.. after doing orientation and everything with them, they now don't have enough available trucks for everybody they've hired. stay far far away.
