Every time I go pick up an online order, the workers act like they do not have it and then it takes about 20+ minutes for them to have it ready. It takes that much time to make two drinks? Looking at the reviews, this seems to be a common theme with this location.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. We ordered 4 drinks on the app early, got to the stall, checked in, waited 30 minutes and still no drinks. We pressed the call button and no one ever answered. Multiple cars pulled in and left after waiting. We drove around and it didn’t look like anyone was even in there. I will not come back to this sonic ever and I’d like my money back. TIP TO OTHERS: DON’T TRY

We arrived at 3p with a mobile order and checked in. 30 minutes went by as the order progress showed up on the screen and disappeared. We tried calling but their voice-mail must have been full, so we went to the drive-through where they said they couldn't see our order. When we finally made it to the window at 4p, our order was there: cold and missing a sandwich. Wouldn't recommend this location.

This location is trash. I ordered two drinks online and waited over twenty minutes before leaving. I pushed the red button after a few minutes and was greeted with “We’ll be right with you.” So, I waited some more. Again, two drinks, twenty minutes. I pushed the button again after a few more minutes and was told again, “we’ll be right with you.” I had enough. I left. This is unacceptable. Twenty minute wait for two drinks and I still didn’t get them. I will be asking for a refund, if they actually pick up the phone.

Avoid this sonic at all costs. Extremely slow service and unable to get a person to talk to you via the car hop lane or the drive thru. Staff seems confused and unaware of everything. I have avoided this sonic for two years and made the mistake of visiting due to being in the area. Took over 40 minutes to recieve the wrong drinks after they had to ask if we ordered any. An absolute joke, don't waste your time. If you can go south, use the location on Red Bridge, they have their stuff together.
Here's my Super Sonic burrito that I ordered without onions and jalapeños. It came without any sausage too.I waited at the carhop station after pressing the button but no one answered. So, I drove around to the drive through and finally got to order. 12 minutes later, because I have the receipt I know how long it was; I finally got my food and it was wrong.Guess I should have listened to my wife and not gone to this location. She always has bad experiences here. Never coming back.

I ordered sweet tea before I got there and then waited almost 30 minutes for my sweet tea after I checked in. I was the only car there but While waiting 2 other cars showed up. They then got their food before me and I still had to wait nearly 10 more minutes to get just my sweet tea. When I finally got it, I was eating sugar when just trying to drink my tea. It was so grainy. I used to work at a sonic so i don’t even know how they managed that one. I just want to go home.

We spent over 30 minutes here stuck in the drive thru, and had to wait at the window for another 5 minutes. The blasts only had the m&m and the oreos dumped on top. They weren't blended, and the employees including the manager were giving attitude instead of customer service.
