I love Sonic and this is the closest one to me, sadly I will have to be ordering from the Kansas City, Kansas location, as this one is infuriating. Every single time I order Uber Eats from this location, they never fail to forget an item I order. It's astonishing. I get if it happened once, people make mistakes. But every single time is ridiculous. It's extremely aggravating when you're craving something, only for you to open the bag and said item is not there. It's also annoying when they try to replace it with something else, especially if it's a main meal item like a burger or chicken. I don't understand why this issue keeps happening, but it's occured far too many times for me to ever eat here again, at least on Uber Eats. Disappointed.

I never leave reviews for places… this is by far the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order minutes away, and arrived, and all screens were down. It took 25 minutes to get my drink out and side out. And by that time it was all cold. Don’t waste your money or time.
