I was having a really hard day and tried to order food on the app and it was not working. So I went into the restaurant to order and it was going to be almost $20 more than the online order. For reasons unrelated to this, I began to cry in the drive-through, the team was really empathetic and kind, I think I might have made them feel bad ? it goes a long way to show a human kindness, especially on a day when I really needed it. They explained to me why they couldn’t honor app prices, but did give me coupons for future purchases. Even though they weren’t the cause of my bad night, they really went the extra mile to make me feel better. It was appreciated!

I order online delivery here occasionally. I add extras onto all of my tacos and it rarely ever has the guacamole I paid over a dollar for each taco. Not the first time. I understand making a mistake, however the repeated mistakes almost every single time I order is disappointing. I’m not asking for the world here. Just some guac.

I doordash part-time and I also stop at this place to order food when I'm in the area and every time I come to this location they are either out of stuff their lobby is always closed or you're going to wait 30 minutes to get your food. I'm not sure what is going on at this location but the manager needs to step in and take charge. Absolutely ridiculous service!

Wrong order again and no drink delivered. Done ordering from this location. Staff your store!.I wrote that review a year ago and yesterday my fiancé and were running late so I decided to give this location another shot. We pulled in and the entire team was outside the front door. Thought it was closed but saw a car in the drive thru so pulled into it. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and then a cheesy steak burrito Meal. We pulled away after waiting 10 min with 1 car ahead of us, We got to our destination only to find a chicken quesadlla and a steak quesadilla in the bag, no cheesy steak butrito, no side taco, no napkins. We were charged almost $17 and once again got the order messed up. I was never contacted a year ago when I wrote a review and I am assuming that we will not be contacted again. I do not recommend this location at all. The quesidlllas were not even cut let alone ripping us off again for a 2nd time. Do not go here! You will just be let down by the service. Once again I blame the management for not insuring proper training and proper order fulfillment. Either close this location down or get management that know how to manage. Worse place in KC to get food from!
