I love Burger King but this location is beyond ridiculous. I've never been so disappointed. Slowest service I've ever had anywhere and they had zero customers. I was completely ignored for 10-15 minutes until I asked if someone could take my order. Finally did then another 15-20 to get my food after having to ask for it ..apparently it was just sitting there for fun.That's just some of it...never again.

I'm used to the BK on SW Topeka Blvd by where I work. This was stale cold fries and a luke warm burger. I hope I don't get food poisoning from eating stuff that's been sitting in a warmer for hours? Johnny's Tavern would have been a better choice.

DO NOT EAT HERE! This is the second and last time I will ever go to this dump. 20 minutes in line and only one car in front of me. Ordered a whopper with cheese. Wrapper said whopper with cheese, but there was no cheese. Rude staff cold fries. Ended up throwing the food away. I emailed customer service and Jessica said she would refund me once I sent her photos. It’s been three days and now Jessica will not reply and lied about my refund! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. In this economy and being lied to that I would be refunded is absolutely ridiculous and quite disgusting! Thanks JESSICA!!!!!

Hate to go Karen on these goofs but you don't disrespect customers, I don't care how much of a bad day you're having. Hope the party gets an attitude adjustment for Christmas. Not to mention she was lazy and had no bacon on it like I asked!!! Never again will I go to this location!!! Unacceptable!!!

I want to preface by saying I am a delivery driver. I walked in and was greeted with an employee bending over the counter playing her music on her phon. Then going into a 5-10 minute rant by the night “manager”. Telling me that he almost got into a fight with a customer because she filled a complaint against him. This customer filled a complaint be he yelled at an 8 year old and was vaping inside. He proceed to express his deep frustration with not being able to vape inside. Telling me that he doesn’t have cigarettes and he can’t drink or get high at work. So he’s mad because he doesn’t know what to do. He then tells me that he doesn’t want to be there. That he makes $11.50 as a night manager. He then goes to the back to talk with a couple of the girl employees and is telling people in the drive thru to wait while they are talking. My DoorDash order had one whopper without pickles. That. Is. It. There was only one person working and it was a young guy on the fryers. And I’m going to keep him in my thoughts and prayer because if I had to work a single shift with these people I would lose my damn mind. But he just kept working. And they just kept talking. I unassigned from the order after about 10 minutes of listening to the grown man complain. I went in 12/16/23 at 5:20pm. To the bosses boss that called him: please just get rid of him.

Absolutely horrible service! I typically don't leave reviews but this place is getting worse by the day. I went in to order and eat inside. The drive through was not real busy so I did not expect any time issues. When I walked in, there was no one in the dining room and 2 workers working on drive through orders. I offered some grace due to low staffing for a weekend day. I stood at the register for more than 5 minutes...I was seen but not acknowledged and didn't even get so much as a "I'll be with you in a moment". I just walked out, which I have NEVER done before in my life! Customer service is a dying skill in our worlds today as it is but this was outright rude, negligent, and utterly disappointing. Never going back and nit sure how they are still in business ?
