Not super friendly. The the garlic bacon butter burger was delicious but after a few bites overly salty. The cheesecake Sunday thing was good too.. three stars will probably give him another one cuz they actually use roller skates though actually I'm not going to because when I go to a classic Drive-In I want to see a hot girl on roller skates not a guy with any earring who you, at first. this freenk is one.

I really like the staff at this location. I've lived nearby for a few decades so I've been there quite a lot. Especially over the past 3 or 4 years, I've noticed that the employees at this location are particularly friendly and helpful. Sometimes I even plan ahead and have a few ketchup packets in their pockets so they don't have to go all the way back in while you wait for them to bring it all the way back. And I never mind giving a nice tip to these folks but I wish they were paid more because I sometimes see these very same people when I have to go to the food pantries.

Ordered pick up and received the wimpiest wraps and burritos I've ever seen. The frito chili wraps were only a centimeter thick... the super sonic breakfast burritos were just tortilla and a thin piece of egg and 2 tots.

I ordered a chocolate coke this morning and the chocolate tasted & smelt very spoiled. Horrible taste & smell. I'm thinking the chocolate syrup is spoiled!The service is always very slow & foods not so good. Especially the Sonics out on 31st street.
Needs better staff. Stupid college kids work here. No manners. Rude. And we had to repush the button, first time they played never gonna give you up by Rick astley through the speaker. Never thought I would get rick rolled at a restaurant establishment.

Our ordering booth was broken and so we tried to order but after pressing the button, never got an answer. We moved and told the attendant it was broken and they knew about it but hadn't put up a sign to warn others. I ordered a breakfast burrito and in the past they have been my go-to but this one had dry overcooked sausage and cold unmelted cheese, like the food had been cooked earlier and was just sitting on the counter. As usual, the car hop had no salsa so he/she had to go back in to get salsa and we waited some more. Maybe it's just me, but if someone orders a burrito, just bring out salsa so you have it when the customer investigation invariably asks for it. I like Sonic normally, but the food and service has gone downhill.

First time to this sonic, and ordered in the app. Had to ask for sauces that should automatically come with my meal. Took a while to get anyone’s attention in order to get them. I get home and out of 8 mozzarella sticks only 4 had cheese in them. I would drive back over to get a refund but it would cost more in gas money.
