I ordered a 2 piece with all dark meat and got all white! This was my first time at Popeyes. I'd heard so much about how good it was but I wasn't impressed. The biscuit tasted odd too. The only thing that was good was the Mac and cheese, which is the only reason the food got 3 stars. But the people were fairly nice, even though they got my order wrong.

Ordered a Classic Chicken sandwich, but got a Spicy Chicken sandwich instead. I went all the way back for a refund, but I was denied. In fact, the person working there couldn't speak enough English to help. I do not recommend this store. Customer service is everything to me.

Order wings was told everything was in the bag so naturally I didn’t check. When I got home open my bag Bam missing 6 wings went back got them got home again went to eat my mashed potatoes potatoes Bam gave me mac and cheese *more like everything in my bag was wrong highly annoyed

I placed an order online. While picking up my order I was informed that half my order wasn’t available. When I asked if I would be getting a refund I was told no but I can give you an extra biscuit. How is a biscuit going to acceptable for a $22 order? I have been trying to contact customer support and was told that I waited too long to report an issue. I literally contacted support in the parking lot. What part of my order they did have was incorrect.

Female that took order seemed as if she didn't want to engage in typical customer-cashier banter...Not big on fried chicken anymore, but gave it a shot for the double red beans/rice in $6 big box, added cranberry apple lemonade (medium), came out to over $10...No idea that medium flavor was over $3... LOL

If you don’t speak Spanish, it’s gonna take 10 minutes to get your order. Then it’s dried out and Disgusting and the girl at window laughs at you for not knowing Spanish… It’s the United States not Mexico I don’t understand, sorry. Bad experience
