This particular Burger King has a really good set of staff members working for it they have all been very polite and cordial and respectful as someone providing a paid service should be.The food is usually prepared quite well in comparison to the photos so I don't really have any complaints there outside if I wish the bacon was a big crispier but I think that is a collective statement over majority of fast food places that provide bacon so I'm not going to knock them for that.The facility has always been clean the several times I've been inside considering it's right next to a gas station it's impressive how clean are able to keep it especially with the foot traffic I imagine they receive.Parking: Being attached to a gas station there are also two EV charging stations located behind the building so you could charge your EV while eating food

Bast fast food staff in this town. Always friendly and fast. Not gonna lie though, sometimes in the evening, the quality of food is lacking because of an obvious dirty grill flavor. But midday, the flavor has always been on point.Unlike other places in town with fried foods the fried foods as the McPherson BK don't ever have that burnt grease flavor. Not sure if we have been lucky but it seems to me they do a good job cleaning the fryer.

This is the second time I've gotten sick after eating their food. Waiting just to get our order taken plus for our food was 20 minutes or more and it wasn't even as hot and fresh as it could've been. Won't be eating their again.

Friday at 4:44 PM I placed my order through DoorDash, and they only sent drinks, and when I called to ask them and I was very polite I was treated very disrespectfully I will never again what is real store in McPherson Kansas the employees are very rude. The food was ice cold my shakes were melted and I think something should be done about it. I think the corporate office should get a hold of them or something I will be calling corporate, because there’s no reason anybody should be treated as disrespectfully. They treated me and my kids my two and four-year-old daughter.

We went through the drive thru and ordered when we got home one of the sandwiches were completely wrong. Chicken instead of a burger. Then we called and ask to speak to the manager she says come back and they will re-make it. Also Refused to refund the order. Gas prices are too high for her to be this inconsiderate on a mistake that's their fault. Terrible customer service.

Decided to try this establishment since we were getting gas at station this location is attached to. The staff was not ready for business. It appeared that had no breakfast items ready and certainly did not have coffee ready. We waiting about 5 to 10 minutes for 2 cups of coffee. Then when tried to drink it, the coffee was undrinkable. We ended up stopping at a McDonald's in Wichita for much better coffee. (Which I should have done in the beginning)I usually do not stop at a Burger King for anything, and this solidified my reason for not stopping at a Burger King.

First off the staff is very friendly and polite but other than that this is the dirtiest and slowest Burger king I've ever been to. Passing through McPherson we have stopped here 3 different times and when in the drive through they don't want the window times to look bad so they tell everyone to pull around and sit and sit and sit and this time we had to go inside and get your food it was just sitting there on the counter getting cold. The dining area was nasty and dirty trash on the floors so after seeing this I can only imagine what the kitchen area is like the only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the staff has always been nice and friendly but as for me I wont be back there's a Hardee's right off the highway.
