I was introduced to their Smoked Ham Salad years ago and its addicting! I don't live in KC so when I was in town and just happened to drive by this past week I HAD to stop and get a lb. OMG-as wonderful as I remember and the staff was so friendly. Go get you some Smoked Ham Salad!!

This place is always solid. Maybe doesn’t get as much press as some of the others. But service is way better here than most of the rest of bbq joints in the KC area. Food has never disappointed and the have daily specials that are great.

Brobecks has good KC BBQ. It's deep smoked & very favorable. They have two kinds of ribs, St Louis style & baby backs. I usually prefer St Louis style at most places, but Brobecks baby back ribs are good sized and & l really liked them. On Fridays they have a double pork chop which l loved.

My partner and I came here on a whim, just looking for some affordable BBQ for our budget, because I had a mad craving. Everything was beyond expectations, and so delicious. Highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar sausage. We also really loved both their in house sauces! Service was fast and super friendly too!

I expected a little more .....for 4.6 stars. Prices were great. Burnt ends, ribs, smoked turkey were good. Brisket was shaved thin almost like roast beef and it didn't seem like traditional brisket.Ham salad was "OK"......it wasn't worthy of all the "gotta try it" reviews. It was good, but not a life-changer. We are carnivore.....had a double burger also....the patties were super tasty with grilled onions and cheese!
