i come here for breakfast on the weekends. the staff are great and after over a month between trips the lady seating people recognized me and welcomed me back. made to order omlettes and great tasting croissants. decent selection of other typical breakfast items as well.

Update: i spent additional 2 weeks there and the staff is unspeakable. Behaviour is not improving. Only exceptions are the chefs, they are kind and good.

Had dinner here twice. Staff are friendly and the ambiance relaxing. I'm was there for business and I have to say, ORDER THE WINGS! They are delish and very meaty.

Let me tell you, well deserved 5 stars! I travel all around the country on business. Marriott Platinum Elite, Yelp Elite and fairly well versed. This little bar/restaurant in the Marriott downtown OP is excellent. Ambience: Not too much to work with being just around the corner of the hotel lobby but they've done an excellent job with the layout. Welcoming and relaxing, plenty of TVs and screens for the game. Service: Top notch! Very friendly, attentive, and outgoing...typical Midwest expectations. The staff is a great group of folks for sure. Food: Really freaking good, no joke. As someone coming into town frequently on business and works heavy hours, after a long day rather than hopping big around to find something to eat I am more than happy to come down here, have a cold beer and grab a bite. It's always good, only con I would say is a limited menu. But look this isn't an all out restaurant and they have done excellent with what they do offer. In town on business or pleasure, check out this Marriott. Rooms are very well kept, front desk is great, bar and food are both convenient and delicious...also a Starbucks right in the lobby. Love staying here when I'm in KC doing business with Sprint!

This hit the spot for us. We wanted someplace casual with a few choices a bit healthier than sports bars and quiet -- on a Friday night. This is tucked into the Marriott and we got all of the above plus good service.

I liked the food and service at 210 B&G, which is located inside the Marriott. My BBQ chicken sandwich with chips and pickle ($12) was served with a smile just 11 minutes after I ordered at the bar. It was delicious, with a moist, generously sized breast, tasty bacon, slaw, and good BBQ sauce. The house chips were fresh and tasty. The lounge area was comfortable, and the service was friendly, but the price was on the high end, which is what you would expect inside an upscale hotel. Overall, very nice!
