I ordered from this business via Uber Eats today because we were in the middle of cleaning out the basement and I didn't want to take time out to cook. I only live 4 minutes away and what was delivered was inedible. The bread was very stale and rock hard on top, and soggy like it had been sitting in water on the bottom. Mr. Goodcents said all they could offer was a cookie for my inconvenience. I had to stop what we were doing, drive up to have it remade, despite having paid twice the amount to have it delivered, and I'm offered a cookie. Talk about insult to injury! I was a regular customer, but will never do business here again.

I never tried this place until now and it was delicious! Great customer service with daily specials that makes it a great experience. Definitely plan to return to try out other menu items. It has a great aftertaste after devouring it. Pretty reasonable prices and great quality.
Best Goodcents in the area, EASILY. The employees make the sandwiches perfectly and follow all little nitpicky specifications I like. Ingredients are always fresh and the people are always cool. I moved 30 minutes away and I still make the drive to get the best Goodcents sandwich the KC area has to offer. Keep up the good work!!!

I was helped by a very rude woman today. Basically raised her voice to me not once but twice in about 30 seconds. Once I did not answer her fast enough and the other she did not hear my reply. If you are going to treat people poorly do not work with the public. I will not be back
