Will never go back to this location. They offered to give us fountain drinks, as if that’s worth 30 minutes of our time.

This Jimmy John's location is always consistent. I've eaten more sandwiches from this location than I'm prepared to admit. So if you are in the Overland Park area and need a quick sandwich fix; this is the place for you. Favorite sandwich is probably the Italian Night Club. It's not the mouth party the name implies but it's a good sandwich.

I love this Jimmy John's and the staff there. Nick, the manager is high quality and is always surrounded by a hard working crew. They are well treated and very loyal. They handle a massive load of sandwich orders from the surrounding offices, so you need to plan that in if you come right at lunch hour. The tea is always watered down, that's my only downer. I think it's something with the machine. I don't know how it could possibly be fixed, but if it were stronger, I would probably eat here twice as much!

Ordered online for pickup asap. Went in 30 minutes later and waited for 20 minutes, no food. 10+ people waiting for pickup orders as well. Very unorganized and taking more orders than they can fill at lunch.

When I walked in, I was the only customer present.I ordered. Apparently right ahead of me were two online orders of 20 or more sandwiches each. Rather than make mine in the line, they dutifully worked the online orders. More people showed up. By the time I got my sandwich 20 minutes later, there were 10 people waiting. This was so stupid. A dining room full of folks waiting, but do nothing but online orders first. It'd be like a Starbucks not doing any orders inside until the drive thru was clear.And shame on me, because this is the third or fourth time this has happened here. I gotta stop going here.
