Manager here very rude he was working the drive-through 1st of all he started off by giving me the wrong order. And when I told him that was not my order he got mad and said well what did I order Just like that very rude told me to pull up and he would bring my food out to me app doubt to me after waiting for 15 minutes I never got my food. The drive-through service is the only thing that is open and the line being so long I did not not go around again to get food My food, I just drove off But I will call in to the corporate office and put in a complaint

This is the worst Restaurant in Kansas since I moved 2 year ago they still have really bad service is like all the worker there don’t know what they are doing. They have too many mistakes with the orders and is not only I saw a lot people complaining about they order when I go inside.

The dining room was dirty. Absolutely no one inside the dining room except for us. The employees are just talking and talking while the dining room is filthy. Our food comes out cold. Cold fries. Cold hot and spicy. Cold McDouble. This is a terrible McDonald’s. I won’t come back again. Stay away, drive another ten minutes and go to another one.

I live nearby and often go through the drive thru for coffee or ice tea or a quick sandwich. Yesterday evening I went through and ordered a fish sandwich. I had to wait longer than usual, thinking they were cooking it fresh. Nope. When I saw the fish it was dry and overcooked on the edges, the size of the fish square was 2" × 2" I had two bites and could not eat the rest, as it was so dried out. That was enough. I read online recently, things you should avoid written by McDonald's employees. One was to always order the fish sandwich cooked to order. I have done that at other McDonald's locations and the difference is amazingly great.I forgot to request this at this location. ?

There’s no system outside for you to talk to, which means they are unable to work on more than one order at a time in drive through resulting in extremely slow service

Fries where cold. Nuggets room temp. Didn’t give us our nugget sauce Wrong size fries given ordered large they gave us medium the bun on the Big Mac was the only thing even close to warm. Took 3 tries to get hot food

Ordered 2 Lg Ice Coffees on App. The McDonald's drive through took & filled orders from the exit window. Completely inefficient! Then gave me Medium's vs Larges bought & paid for but with sad look on workers face... Im just left to rant here. Avoid this unsually bad McD's for mow.
Slow! Dont depend on a fast pick up. It's worth a drive to a different McDonalds in the are it'll still be faster.Has happened several times not sure why I expect anything different.Not coming back!
