We love going to McLain's. The food is delicious, the coffee is great. The atmosphere is amazing! I only gave it a four star because it is pretty pricey in my opinion. Guess maybe you're paying extra for the atmosphere ?♀️Food: 5/5

McClain's is popular enough that they definitely don't need my five-star review but they're going to get it anyway. This is an extension of their original bake shop off of Ward parkway in Missouri. My favorite baked item at McLean's will always be there shortbread thumbprint cookies with chocolate frosting. I will buy a dozen and eat them within 24 hours. It's an addiction. They also have a great variety of cakes, cookies, and rolls. They are pecan frosted rolls that come in a disposable tin are a favorite, as well. This location has a drive-thru which is very convenient. We stopped in yesterday and the line was long and the parking lot was full. It's a high quality bakery and there aren't many of those around so this is to be expected. They also have a lot of tables and seating where you can go and meet a friend, have a coffee or lunch. They have a lot of gift items focused around the kitchen as well. Even though they are very busy, the employees are all very friendly. They are bustling and just couldn't be nicer. They operate like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend this to visitors and anyone who hasn't been here before and loves a good bakery.

Pastries looked absolutely delicious! I didn't try one because I'm gluten free, but my family members enjoyed their cupcakes and muffins. I had the breakfast bowl with eggs, sausage, potatoes and veggies. Very tasty! Hubby and son loved their breakfast burritos and were both enthusiastic about the spiciness of the queso topping. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. They seemed a bit stressed to me. Could have been a little cleaner. Saw some garbage on the floor. Maybe we caught them on a bad day? Would definitely recommend!

If you are low carb, they have you! But for the heck of it, this is an amazing place to get your sweet cheat on! The baked goods are FIRE! Light yet flavor packed cinnamon rolls that are legendary! Cookies, just eat them! And the place is cozy and beautiful! The staff is friendly and quick! You will realize that you are smiling when you leave! Go enjoy yourself!

The food was really good! I got the loaded seasoned fries and my mom got the avocado toast, we were both really happy with what we got! They've got a great selection of healthy and indulgent food. The drink menu is nice and they've got in-house made lemonade that you can get spiked as well (must be 21 or older). There's also sauces, pickled items, jams, and various other things you can purchase to take home. The service was astounding, everyone was friendly and helpful (my first time going).

I’ve heard amazing things about McLain’s. I recently stopped in for the first time because it was a coworker’s birthday and she had to have the cheesecake!! It came with 12 minis in an assortment of flavors and was a great treat for everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed! I will be coming back to try more!

2 words AVOCADO TOAST! Add a fried egg best 8$ deal ever. Very clean great service! Pastries are delicious check out the blueberry lemon scones! All of the breakfast wraps are delicious. So good all I will try breakfast or lunch. Great value!

Very cute place. Avocado toast is mainly bread, hardly any avocado on it. For $7 its just piece bread with couple of chunks of tomatoes. The pictures they had on Google maps with cute mugs is misleading cuz they gave us to go cups for dining in. We asked for it however they said they only have a couple of 12oz cups in the entire store. Not impressed. I thought more highly of it based on pictures and reviews.

My sandwich with the Cibata bread was so good and the fries were not to salty. It was a beautiful day and was able to sit outside. Our food was also brought outside to us.

Nice local bakery shop- overpriced and some items are not worth the money - avocado toast and lox sandwiches are basically one small toast.
Fresh pastries and great breakfast foods; nothing to complain about here. They have limited seating so be prepared to hit the drive through or sit in some of the seats outside. Very popular on weekend mornings.

Stoppped by for lunch on a Thursday. Ordered the BCS sandwich, a chai, and a sprinkle cookie. The chai was fantastic and refreshing. The sandwich was good and the portion was large for the price - especially since it came with fries. The cookie was the perfect way to end the meal. Perfect place for a quick and delicious meal. Decor/ambience are great too.

Went this morning to get the The Farm breakfast sandwich and a sticky bun. Unfortunately there was a mix up with my order which caused a delay. They were quick to correct the mix up and even included some extra treats for the delay. This was my 2nd visit and all of my food has been delicious. The Farm is incredible with a buttery, flaky croissant and the sticky bun was awesome. I appreciate great service and I will be back.
