Always consistent. I just wish some of the other guests would consider it is not a rowdy, party restaurant. But the staff is always considerate and the food is tasty.

Recently came in to have a few drinks and some pasta. The bartender was rude when I asked questions about the cocktail menu that the food menu states is available. Also so pushy for me to order right away, I just decided to not order any drinks. I wish I would have just waited for a table instead of dealing with this guy. The vibes were totally off, it was awkward. Right after I received my food he puts down a to-go box (that I didn’t ask for). I took that as a “get out of my face”, finished my food, paid and left. I have never spend so little at a restaurant which was not what I came there to do. Receipt said “Douglas”. The food was fantastic I will say. But, I won’t be coming back to this location because I enjoy coming alone and taking my time at the bar, and this bartender gives an awful and awkward experience. I felt like an inconvenience to him for existing. I only tipped because I didn’t want to interact with him again to ask for change, it was that bad. I just wanted some drinks and pasta guy, so sorry for inconveniencing you. Maybe you have the wrong job.

I went to throw something into the trash/ash can outside the front door. There were broken beer bottles in there sticking up that I didn't see. I got a small cut on my finger. Asked for a band aid and antiseptic. No one was very interested. I did get a band aid. Food was good. Service fine. I wanted desert, but it didn't come up before the end of service. I moved on.

Don’t trust these people with your life cause I lost my purse and I won’t put a blame in this employee but the employees but it was this manager who was blaming their loyal customers on stealing my purse even though I told this employee in the phone call to take care of my purse and the employee got great idea for not telling a manager about my lost purse. The woman manager wasn’t believing my words acting so rude and I knew was stolen cause 8 minutes later they found my apple tag where employees (counter) check out the customers. I highly not recommend to eat in this place. This was since December 20, 2024

The salad qty has been reduced and no olives in the salad. The service is very slow even during the off peak time.

Vegetarian options: There are few veggie options. Not much for vegetarians. Soup , salad and few entrees available

The restaurant itself and the waiting staff were on point, our server kept checking if we needed more salad or drinks or anything. But the food and drinks were very disappointing. My fiance and I came in for lunch yesterday, our sodas tasted flat and dirty. We both got the 6oz sirloin meal with endless salad. We didn't even finish the salad, the tomatoes were smushy and in huge chunks. The dressing tasted sour, like spoiled sour. Our steaks were supposed to be one medium rare and one almost well done with just a little pink. They were both so tough the steak knife could barely cut them, and chewing was impossible. The fettuccine noodles were less than al dente, they were hardly half cooked. The bread sticks had NO flavor or season on them like they normally do and they were so dry we couldn't swallow them. We were very excited to have a good lunch date and this Olive Garden location did NOT get the job done. Again the restaurant and service were great, but the food itself was absolutely bad! This was my first and last time at this location.

Allergen menu is misleading or the cooks are not careful with cross contamination. Be cautious if you have allergies as this affected 3 members of our party. Will not be returning.

Dietary restrictions: Allergen menu incorrect or cross contamination is high. A manager informed me after we had a reaction that the breadsticks are not dairy free as advertised. Corporate is saying they are dairy free but 3 people’s reactions do not lie.
