The food is always great here. I will say, however, the past 2 times I've gone here, the paying part is just strange. Both times the lady just walks away as I'm putting in my credit card. I just stand there for a second wondering if I get a receipt or a goodbye lol. Guess I just walk out and hope my card went through? The guy in front of me needed his soup and the lady walked away, bypassed the soup, did something else, came back and got his soup but it took at least 2 additional minutes that should have taken 15 seconds. They are friendly and these are first world problems but also; just finish the transaction.

Sorry but the lady with the red glasses doesn’t know how to make a sandwich, or she just decided to pour a ton of oil/liquid on mine. Not even kidding, my sandwich was dripping and bread was soaked. Never had a problem coming here until Ms. Red Glasses made my sandwich. She wasn’t very pleasant either. Nothing like paying $13 for a sandwich and having it be inedible

Potbelly has been good to me but I had my worst experience yet with my wait time. I ordered through the app and my order was almost 20 minutes late as they kept filling orders to people who were coming and ordering there. Better organization and communication please. They didn’t tell anyone they were behind until 3 different people asked.I like their food so I’ll be beach. Today was just rough. The manager reached out and apologized and was very professional.

They don’t have their own drivers for delivery. Made an order and they just sat on it until I called to see where my order was. They had no drivers and no one from doordash came to pick up the order. No heads up what so ever. I won’t be ordering again.

I was in town for a business conference when my stomach started talking to me.I had not eaten for 12 hours so I was pretty hungry and a sub sandwich sounded tasty.The gal making the sandwiches was pretty friendly and suggested the Italian sandwich. She also said she had only worked there a week so her sample size was limited.I went with her suggestion. I also added a bowl of chili and a tea came to $14.The gal at the counter with nose ring had zero personality and made no attempt to be cordial.Kinda pricey considering the sandwich was only ~4inches long. It was tasty, just really small.Then the chili had zero flavor. It was kind of a brown tasteless, textureless tofu.Once again, $14. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Employees were really nice, but my sandwich literally only had one slice of meat on it. I got it to go, so didn't realize it till I was already at work.. So $7 for bread.A coworker ordered a turkey avocado sandwich, and the avocado was missing.

Solid location. This location does a wonderful job making your sandwiches. The ladies that mainly works here are very nice and friendly, and each time greets you with a smile. Location is very convenient for quick access in/out. Plenty of seating in the restaurant as well and outdoor seating for dining.

This location sits by a little pond, and has chairs out on a patio where you can sit on nice days. It is super relaxing and one of my favorite lunch spots. The tea at Potbelly is excellent, but it has been months since they had sweet tea, and that is a real downer for me. They keep saying the urn is on order, but it's been far too long. It also feels like they might need to give staff a raise to bring in and retain the next level of talent.
