Wheelchair accessibility: I was in a wheelchair and able to park in the handicapped parking with ramp accability to sidewalk. Door has to be opened by someone for you/heavy. Was able to wheel through and sat at a table in my wheelchair with no issues.
We have gone to strouds for years for our dad’s bday. He passed away in January this year, we wanted to continue the tradition, when making our reservation they didn’t tell us they would be only doing buffet style since it was also Easter. We were already disappointed about that. My daughter and I don’t eat a lot of food at once for health reasons, when we asked for a box we were told no. Paying $40 for a plate is ridiculous when you go any other time and get a meal for less. They didn’t even have what I always get when we go. I asked if we could place an order to take cinnamon rolls home and was told that wasn’t allowed. I don’t know if we will be back after this experience!

the food was over salted and dry. the lady in front of me was eating food as she was getting it and was licking her fingers before getting her food ???. luckily the food was comped and we're only charged for drinks, service was good.

Got the strouds easter basket for family they didn't even fill up the mash potatoes and green beans and only 5 piece of ham and they are quarter pieces at that.

We booked a reservation for Easter 1 month ago and we weren’t told that it would be a $40 per person buffet. They confirmed the reservation twice and NEVER told us it was buffet only. It’s irritating to find out after you’re seated that it’s buffet only and we had to ask how much it was. Surely they could have at least told us when we sat down. I also had to argue over paying $16 for a 6 year old. I don’t mind paying $40 for a good buffet but this was just ok.
A great traditional family style chicken restaurant. It is a tradition for my wife’s family when they get together in KC. Food is good and plentiful. Chicken is really good and the mashed potatoes are great. Also the cinnamon rolls at the end are good.

Not as good as the old days. Food seems inconsistent. Chicken small & dried out. Cinnamon rolls good. Server was not very professional. Hope it was an off day.Parking: Lots of parking at the location in overland Park.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
