Order was delivered to the wrong address, even with delivery instructions. Attempted to call and message the driver but got no response. Went and picked up the order from next door.

My driver Jason gets a 10! Pizza Hut gets a 0! The toppings were almost non-existing. Found 1 little piece of onion. And the few pieces that actually had green pepper, they were literally see-through. And the meat, what meat? 4 slices of Pepperoni total. Even less of the rest. Will never EVER order from Pizza Hut again.

This is really a Pizza Hut with no separate advertising for the old Wing Street brand. However, since Yelp has it listed as it's own business, I'll give it my review. Wing Street was a great chicken wing delivery place that Pizza Hut bought years ago and merged it into some kind of descending layer of standards. In any case, the wings are mediocre at best. The sauces seem like they want to stick to your teeth more than the chicken, and the flavors aren't very original. In fact, the boneless wings taste more like some kind of grocery freezer heat-your-own chicken nuggets, as opposed to anything I'd want to buy from a restaurant. But, if you are ordering pizza, and you want some overpriced chicken to go with it, then by all means have at it. I'll add a star to an otherwise one star rating, because the people are pretty nice...and also because, if your order gets messed up, they will fix it.

Horrible service, twice now on curbside delivery. Waited outside 20 - 25 min, texted twice then finally gave up and went in. Crappy part is I tipped to comp the person for bringing the food out, only to have to go inside. Food was sitting too long and was cold. Last time I was at this location one employee was yelling at the other ones, dropping expletives and complaining about the customers. This store needs new management and to care about their customers

When I was ordering, and entered my phone number address and ZIP Code the lady hung up on me! Their service is very rude and they’re always busy which is surprising! ?
After 3 hours and multiple calls to the store, including requesting a supervisor but system hung up on us. And a trip to the store location and being told it’s out for delivery...... no food. Don’t use this location ever.

I just got a call from my 17 year old sister in tears. The delivery man was extremely rude to her for not hearing the door bell ring that he YELLED at her when she answered, rang the door bell after she had opened the door to prove his point, and was mean enough to bring her to tears. She give him a $6 tip on a $10 pizza because he made her feel so terrible and she was AFRAID of him. She is scared of me to even post this because he knows where she lives! This is coming from an outgoing kid with no anxiety whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous that this is your service!
