It’s been awhile since I have stopped, always got the buffet…. Well, they advertise a buffet but it’s “permanently closed” once you get inside…. Inside was dirty, greasy, and smelled like old grease…. staff was not friendly or inviting. Made it to the counter to see the Buffett closed sign, not one hello or welcome to KFC how can we help you offered.Had to turn and walk out….

Every time I went through the drive thru it was wrong. So I went inside and checked my order before I left, it was also wrong. They did fix my order without any questions after the error was brought to their attention.

Took way to long.The mash potatoes were the worst i ever had.service here in park city kansas sucked they even forgot my bisquit. Id recommend a different KFC location. My worst experience with KFC

Had a very long wait and I could see the chicken in the warmer. Staff was ok just slow. Chicken was not very warm.

Usually you go to a restaurant thinking you will order of the menu. We attempted to order mac and cheese and chicken tenders. They told us they had none. We asked to order a chicken sandwich but they said they were out of chicken sandwiches for the night. So we ordered fries and mashed potatoes and drinks. We paid. Then they came back and told is they only had enough fries for one order. They gave us more mashed potatoes instead. After we left we realized they didn't include any silverware. The whole experience was weird. No chicken at a chicken place? While frustrating we got a good laugh out of the whole deal. Hopefully, they can get it together or I don't think they will be in business long.

I wouldn't normally complain but today was bad. i ordered my food in the drive thru and she said it would take 4 mins. no problem. i paid. she told me to park. i waited and waited....after 15 mins i parked and went inside. i am disabled and can hardly walk. but what the heck? She didnt even remember me

Spicy chicken sandwich is decent. The fries I received were salty, stale and very small. Wouldn't order fries from here again. I ordered on the app and everything was ready by the estimated time.

I'm a trucker, (It's next to a truckstop) so I'm on foot and can't use the drive through. Sign on the door says the lobby is closed because of staffing issues. I get it, it's hard to find people right now. My issue is after seeing the sign, and not being able to get dinner, I saw 3 employees just sitting around in the lobby. They probably put the sign up because they don't want to work today. Definitely insulting after a long day.You should probably just fire everyone and close.

Got my order it was a combo and there was no fries in there. So I went back inside. And tried to get the fries but they seemed to make it totally impossible to get them. They never handed us a receipt so I couldn't show them that I had it. They caused a dramatic commotion about a small fry that they forgot. Finally got mad and just walked out. 20$ order. Do better KFC or hire better workers! With less attitude!

It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. When I walked up to the counter the person who was to wait on me was still putting her clothes on. When I got my food I took a look at it the chicken was pink the breading was greasy and falling off of it. When I took it back to the counter everybody just stared at me nobody came to the counter to help me. Finally one man came up to the counter and said that is perfectly good Kentucky Fried Chicken that's the way we make Kentucky Fried Chicken. When I ask for a refund they basically told me to get out.Save yourself a lot of frustration headache and diarrhea don't go to this Kentucky Fried Chicken

So I walk in after work to grab a bite… order the #6 with green beans instead of coleslaw and all dark meat. I get my order and they mixed up mine and the guy behind me’s order I notice that I still have cole slaw and ask for my green beans. Where the guy at the counter says sure, just a sec, and then a few seconds later I have the manager or some lady who thought she was in charge start yelling at me because she sent out an order with green beans and she’s not changing anything. So I then said, “so I don’t get my order because someone messed up??” She then stops talking to me and starts talking to the cashier through their headsets and tells him to tell me that it will be 7 minutes for more green beans. As he said that I see her spoon some green beans out of the warmer thing and put them in a container. I pointed it out and said 7 minutes to do that and she just ignored me. I then just gave up because she was so stubborn and left…
