Ordered a book it pepperoni personal pan pizza and a super supreme pan pizza. Which was good. I also attempted to order garlic cheese bread and was advised that I could not buy garlic cheese bread unless I bought more food. I wasn’t wanting free garlic cheese bread I told the girl I was planning on buying it. She stated that I would have to buy something else. It cost 8.05 for one personal pan pizza. Then the gal came by our table and ask if we would like anything else. I told her you won’t sell me what I want so why ask. This was at 5 -5:15 pm today and no one in there eating. Park City Pizza Hut I will not return to your store. I am pretty sure I am done with Pizza Hut .Dietary restrictions: I have been eating less so Pizza Hut in park City Ks wants you to buy extra and stuff yourself just to get the items you want.

I really like the pizza and menu. The delivery people were very engaging and smiling. That's a big plus in my opinion.Parking: Was very easy to navigate.Kid-friendliness: I have a granddaughter with down syndrome. She is able to enjoy the atmosphere and that's saying a lot.
I ordered 2 pizzas, wings and cinnamon rolls. I waited 20 minutes in line, and despite the fact that the app read that my order was ready, I was notified that they'd burned the cinnamon rolls. I was offered a credit for my next visit vs waiting 7 (additional) minutes for them to make them anew. I politely requested my money back- to which the employee replied that he was not authorized to refund me. I had no additional time to wait, so accepted the credit. The employee left to grab the rest of my order, and returned to tell me that he could not find one of my pizzas. He could only offer me a different pizza than what I ordered

Don’t know what you did this time but there was so much grease we were only able to eat a couple of pieces. And that was after using multiple paper towels to try and absorb some of the grease. Wasted money !!

Most of the time when we have had pickups the foods good, but any time delivery it's takes way longer than needed. I was told at 6:45 my food was on the way, I live just inside of Kechi so maybe a 5 min drive. It is currently 7:20 and I have still not received my pizza. I called the store they said that they had one other place to go in Park City, I looked at the maps for that street, it is 6 min from me. It should not be taking this long.
Great customer service, fresh food, and super fast delivery. Best stuffed crust I’ve ever had. Thank you to the guy that took my order and delivered. You’re awesome!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!Had to pay for my meal twice and it took out more then what my total was. Called the store to see why I had to pay twice and all they told me was it’s out of our control because they supposedly didn’t see anything on their end. I have the invoices to prove I was charged twice but still didn’t want to help me. We went to pick up the pizza before the time were were supposed to pick up and when we got home (live like 3 minutes away, if that) our pizza was cold barely any toppings and charged us almost $10 extra dollars for a FEW extra sauces. This location has went way down hill and something needs to be done with a place of business double charging people/ charging them for more than what their total was. Please make a better decision than what I did and get your pizza somewhere else.

Best pizza I have had in years! Crust was perfect and the whole pizza was covered with pepperoni. Best of all , it wasn't overcooked.
