was there today. employees were serving only drive thru. all failed to acknowledge I was there along with 3 customers behind me. took at least 7 minutes to vn place an order. guy came in a little later appeared to be manager since he went behind counter. he did nothing to help employees. one customer after me took over 10 minutes to get their food. if you are going to own a business would be great if you could train your people. yes they were busy but that is no excuse. will not come back.

Ordered a Whopper hold the mayo & ketchup add mustard & a Italian original chicken get home and prepare to eat only my Italian original chicken doesn't have any cheese or marinara sauce it has lettuce & mayonnaise. So I decided to just have the whopper only it's plain except for the excessive amount of mustard on it. Please please hurry up and replace your workers with robots so we can have our food prepared as requested I really can't wait for this to happen it just makes sense to replace with robots for customers and the store owners would probably save money too Win Win!

The HEATER is on in the play place in JULY. Normal body heat isn't enough they have the HEAT CRANKED ON. Talk about a dissapointment.

This is by far one of the WORST burger kings you can go to! Every time I order online they are missing something I order and say they are out of it. Then when you ask for a refund they tell you they can't give one nor replace said missing item. The staff are usually really rude, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous! Even when they aren't busy you still wait for a long time for your food. Definitely not worth wasting your money and they are always messing up your orders! Absolutely horrible place.
