3/21/24- walked in & got a table immediately. It was very hot inside. I waited to order but there was only 1 server working the entire floor. I continued too wait then left bc I it was taking too long.

Appetizers were great (fried mushrooms and pretzel bread with queso) my daughter and I both had the special which was a double cheeseburger with fries. My double cheeseburger was great. However, my fries were drenched in grease, my daughters cheeseburger had hair in it, and her fries were also drenched in grease. The restaurant made good on the cheeseburger for her and brought her a fresh one. Her second set of fries were cooked perfectly. My son-in-law had the cheddar bacon burger, he loved it and my son had the Mushroom Swiss burger. He said it was pretty good not a lot of flavor to the mushroom and Swiss part but the burger was cooked right. As for the service, it was slow to start. We were made to feel like outsiders. And I guess we are since I don’t live in Russell. I guess if you are not trying to gain interstate business then that's ok too.

Don't bother stopping. My husband went back to wash his hands while I waited at the host stand. We were there 12 minutes without even being acknowledged.
The food was great and fairly fresh for the weird time we went. The waitress was the sweetest person and it was a good price for all you can eat buffet, really clean aswell. Highly recommend

I have came to this place twice both times set at a table for 15min before anyone came to get my family's order, second time nobody ever came to get are order, and know they wasn't busy or anything. GET BETTER HELP!

My husband and I was looking forward to having their pizza. It has been before their grand opening since we had been there we always stay at the fossil Creek Inn on our way to Colorado “ we love this hotel!!”and it is so convenient, however this last visit was not, good we were asked to get our own water/pop if we wanted we ordered two beers & took forever to get them then when we wanted a refill it took just as long my husband asked if it would be better for if he would go up to the bar and order if itWould help she respond”no I am justSlow, it gets busy at this time” I sayNo, she is just not a good bar tender and was socializing to much with the patrons at the bar, to care about the other customers, pizza was horrible and not what we remember, we were so disappointed. We will not be back we should have gone done the road to Sonic and had our drinks i our room

1) Poor service (others waited on first even though I was there before them). 2) Dirty table. Even though it appeared to be clean, when I sat down and put my hand on it, there was dried on food. 3) I left without ordering becuse the waitress got a had attitude ?.
