It's subway, so we're not talking gourmet food here. But as Subway restaurants go, this one is exceptional. I've visited twice in the last week. The staff are friendly and positive and they are ON TOP of cleaning! My mom left her glasses, and she called to see if they had them and they are shipping them to her!

It was ok except for the fact that it would have been nice to actually fold the sandwich without everything falling out. I did not have a stuffed sandwich that was hard to fold. She didnt even try kinda folded it and it was coming open as she was trying to cut it and everything just falling out right there.

Great customer service if you happen to get the right person on staff, sometimes they can be slow specifically when they are rushed with a lot of orders. Clean nice and friendly place.

This is worst subway ever and the help isn’t very good. I understand they are short staffed and can’t get any employees. However 1 person 11am through the lunch hour by themselves is ridiculous. I stood there the only one in the restaurant with my children and was told it would be a second, no big deal. The worker went on to make 3 online-app orders in front of us which consisted of well over 5 sandwiches and two salads. I understand you have to get those orders out as well however one of those orders that came in had literally just hit his computer and he started making it and I had been standing there for 10 plus minutes. After I saw him starting the 3rd order my children and I left. The guy was hustling I’ll give him credit for that however you also can’t forget about the customers standing in front of you. While I was there no one came in for online orders. We went and got lunch across town and had our order much faster.I want to add that this is not the first time I have had an online order made in front of me. Those times they had more workers and only did one order before getting to me, which wasn’t a Big deal. Online order either need to not be a thing at a short staffed subway or they need one person who focuses on online orders only.

The most negative Subway experience I've ever had. Stood there for almost ten minutes with no acknowledgement while they finished a customer, did a mobile order and chatted with each other. Once we (three adults) were finally able to order, the two ladies were SLOW and very short/rude. One of them pulled faces several times over our sandwich picks... which weren't weird? A five sandwich mobile order came in while they crawled through ours and they proceeded to complain loudly about it. They got several things wrong and proved 3x they don't understand what "one line" of sauce means. It wasn't worth correcting them; at the speed they were going, I wasn't looking to stay for any longer than we needed.Overall, it took about 30 minutes in store to get two sandwiches (both incorrect) and a protein bowl. They only had one customer and a mobile order ahead of us. The wait would've been fine if they would've greeted us or been pleasant in the slightest.

Completely overpriced and I friend I went with wanted cheese melted NOT toasted. They left it in microwave for about three minutes too long. If you understand microwaves and bread. They don't go together all that well
