It’s so sad how chipotle has gone down hills so fast. The restaurant was a disaster. No silverware. Ice was overflowing out of catcher. . Only one garbage can in the whole restaurant was overflowing. Trash all over the floor. I blame this on chipotle corporate because I’m sure as a company they have undercut their staff for profits. I feel so sorry for chipotle staff. 10 minutes before chipotle we were over at Chick-fil-A completing an order for my daughter. They had no less than 16 people working in the restaurant and another four outside. The place was spotless and packed. What a difference it makes when you have owner operators who care versus corporate big shots that don’t.

Didn't realize I was paying for a basically rice burrito. Then had to pay double for just the normal amount of steak to go in my childs burrito. The rice was awful. Then i'm not sure if "Maliyah" fully understood what I was asking and was not given the correct tortillas. Also I asked for the extra tortillas because i'm use to the burritos being so big and needing them. But I was so irritated by the end of it, I just paid and left.

Ordered on the APP. Food all wrong. Spicy Salsa when none was ordered. Tomatos when none were ordered. APP help "Pepper" can't find the order number that is PRINTED ON THR STICKER, and a call to the store goes straight to voicemail. Brilliant.

Will pass this one up next time, never again. So little meat was provided there was no way this could pass as a meal. Addition of guacamole was way overpriced at 2.65. We could have had a nice sit down lunch for what we paid here. We didn't even add drinks and it was over $30.00 for 2 of us.

Went in for a catering order and manager has been so very helpful. They helped me get the food I needed for the number people I needed it for and kept me within my budget. Extremely Military friendly. My people always like it when they know I am picking a caterer because they know where I’m gonna go.
