El Dorado Mexican Grille & Cantina

This place is amazing. The fajitas El Dorado is what I always get.
But other dishes on the menu are equally as good.The atmosphere is wonderful and the wait staff are very pleasant and helpfulweightstaff are very pleasant and helpful.

I appreciate the quick service! Numerous items are available to choose from and they consistently provide generous portions for the price. We always get full drink cups to go, which I love!

To-go orders are alway messed up and the restaurant reviews agree. This restaurant has always frustrated me due to their concealed charges and added costs on everything, yet it is the only Mexican dining option nearby. What particularly bothers me and why im leaving a review tonight is that, in addition to the hidden fees and extra charges, my order is incorrect. Food prices and salaries have risen across the board, which increases their expenses. I understand this, but with high inflation, at least ensure my order is accurate, especially when you impose hidden fees for pickup orders compared to dining in. It's inconsiderate and disrespectful.

We were really disappointed with our recent visit to El Dorado Mexican Cantina. The environment felt stale and lacked the vibrant energy it used to have. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for it—everything was just okay at best, with nothing really standing out. This place used to be a favorite, so it’s disheartening to see the quality and experience go downhill. Hoping they can turn things around.

Such a delicious meal and Luciano was hands down the best server we've had ANYWHERE in years! Attentive but not overbearing, friendly and when the kitchen made my food wrong, he caught it before bringing our food to table and had them correct it for me, kept our drinks full, AWESOME dinner experiences tonight. ONLY negative, our seats were taped together and it wast the most comfortable thing to sit on. But the food made it worth it!

The food is good however, every-time i get take out that involves tortillas, my tortillas are always missing. Of course they get them on the plate every time we eat in but they always “forget” when they are take out. I shouldnt have to check my bag every-time to make sure they put them in there.

This is the last time we will come where we do not feel valued nor welcomed. When we requested a booth over a table, we were treated like illegal aliens. When the hostess went to get our table ready through floor management, she was yelled at plus he said some unpleasant things about us in Spanish (I know most of what he said!) and the head waitress looked at us and smirked. We have spent lots of money here and referred many. Never again! When we received our meal, mine fell apart. We had been treated unfairly and few other times but blew it off. Today, that ends. I will never refer anyone again nor will I ever go back.

Wonderful, worth a stop if you are in the area.
