This was horrible! It was like eating cardboard, maybe that would have had more flavor. The rice was so bland, even salt would have helped, and my do you get a lot of it! The rest of the ingredients were few and far between. We were the only ones there besides one other car, we were in the drive thru, and it took so long to get our food I was wondering if they had forgotten us. This was my first and only time I'll be eating here! $12 for a bowl of rice, never again.

Employees were nice but were on the struggle bus tonight. I saw several instances of guests repeating orders. Someone even had to come in from the drive through to get something corrected. Bottom line is this establishment needs more employees for it to run smoothly. The management is asking too much of the small crew during the dinner rush on a Saturday night. The food was fresh when we finally got it. I do wish one of the employees changed their gloves after working the cash register and before prepping food. The grill needed cleaning too! The seating area was fairly clean.

I treated a coworker to eat here. we went into order. I had the Philly cheese steak. with FF and a drink. We waited for the food. the sandwich was done, and the guy said the FF went out with another order. it would be a little bit he will bring us some when they are ready. We ate the sandwich. returned to the counter and asked about them. he forgot and said just a few more min. We were ready to leave. they finally came out and we were not impressed. I was in uniform and asked about a Military discount. he said next time he can. Maybe in about 4-5 months i will give them another try.

Ordered the veggie Philly and received the smallest amount of vegetables possible. The meat sandwiches are literally overflowing with toppings and I expect to receive that much in vegetables. For the price, this was extremely disappointing.

Quick service, friendly staff. Good sized portions. The seasoning on the fries was a good addition that went well with the cheesesteak.
The experience was good it was cool to watch them make your food but we got the cheese fries and we got no cheese every thing else was so good the chicken bowl and steak bowl we delicious but it’s just the fries that came out

Food was alright, service was nice. It now conveniently has a drive through. However I do prefer Jersey Mike’s hot sandwiches over this place. I may give it another try and order something different but I don’t think I’m going out of my way to visit anytime soon.

Hadn't been to the new location with a very much appreciated added drive-thru, so gave them a shot tonight figuring they've settled into their new digs. I'm giving them 4 stars on the strength of the meat, cheese and grilled veggies which are at the heart of any good Philly. The roll could have been more substantial and fresher in my opinion.I appreciate that they make each order fresh but I felt the cook staff could have done a better job of using the cooktop more efficiently and prepared multiple orders simultaneously instead of what appeared to be one at a time. I was third in line behind 3 cars that arrived at effectively the same time and it was a very long wait.
