Food has gone downhill. The beans and rice were old and looked like they had been sitting all day. Will not go back.

First of all, if you're ordering from the online menu watch out. The prices are way off. They know of this problem and don't fix it.Save your money and go to Taco Bell for a more authentic Mexican taste. The meat will have some sort of seasoning and not be chewy and they use real cheddar cheese, not cut up Kraft Singles.

I checked out their website and saw they had a Thursday Jr. Monterrey special for $6.50. When I picked my order up I was told it was $8.30 plus tax. I said it was advertised for $6.50 on Thursdays. I was told it's an old website and I said it's your only website. She said she would let someone know and that it was it. I don't mind paying accurate prices but I do mind paying inaccurate prices because the owner didn't take the time to update prices changes on their own website. The food was lackluster. The Monterrey has lettuce, cheese and beans and a few chunks of pork that was advertised as carne asada. Salsa was decent and chips were bland.

If there was an award for the WHITEST WHITE PEOPLE Mexican food ever, think this would take the gold. So bland. Not hot. Barely warm. Certainly doesn't melt the cheese they put on it. And that's not hot sauce. Wasnt even mild. Had no flavor. Can't imagine what the mild taste like. They need to start spicing up the food. Can't believe how bland it was. You will think you are eating with COVID. No taste buds. Service started out good. Then I was abandoned when I actually needed things. Like water. Nothing like being passed by with the water pitcher more than once and flavorless beans to dry out your mouth. Go to the north side for mexican food because there is none here.

I ordered chicken quesadilla from them and it wasn’t no chicken in it just cheese and bread. The worst sandwich I ever had in my life not recommended!
