I wasn't happy at all when the waitress spilled 4 cups of water all over me and my coat. Which had my cell phone and my wallet in it. I don't know how i was going to pay for my food if my phone was completely soaked but yet i still paid for my food. We had a terrible waitress rest assured i didn't leave a tip. It was terrible especially when she barely even acknowledged our table. I will not be returning any time soon.

Well, that is 1.5 hours of my life I will never get back. I am not usually a complainer when it comes to service - but this was literally the worst experience ever! Our party of 8 was seated right away because there were only two other tables set - at lunch hour. It started with a long wait for our complicated order of 7 waters and coke! Orders wrong, mixed up, not complete - one person ordered 4 tacos and there was 1 taco in their box; ordered chicken got al pastor and that sort of thing. My plate was brought out stuck to another persons plate and a portion of her food came off when they were separated! It was set down like it was no big deal and the waitress walked off. It continued with kitchen staff arguing over what we ordered - the waitress blaming the kitchen - plastic in our taco - us trying to explain what we ordered (which was just a bunch of tacos). We were literally at their kitchen window putting our own orders together. This was just a complete fiasco. This story ends up with an array of messed up orders and food - and 8 people spending a long time to have to finally end up walking out with no food.

Terrible experience and awful service! I went with a party of 8 for lunch. Knowing they could be busy on $1 Taco Tuesday, we got there around 11:30. We were seated quickly due to the fact there were only about 10 other people in the restaurant. Our waitress was nice, but very unorganized and her answer to all questions was simply, "I don't know."

Best Mexican food in Wichita! Everything we ordered was delicious! We especially loved the green sauce chiliqules.We had the most awesome service! We had our 23rd wedding anniversary dinner at the east location this past Monday. Our server’s name was Elias, he was fabulous!! He was an expert on the food/drink menu. He knew exactly what we wanted and provided the most courteous/prompt table service we’ve ever had in Wichita!!
