I don’t know about the previous people who made the reviews poor, but I live down the street I don’t come here often. But every time I do the food is always hot and fresh the staff is always professional and gives off friendly vibes.I have no complaints the most time I’ve had to wait was during a rush during lunch time and had four cars ahead of me in wait order and I still got hot food and a 15min wait.Literally cannot beat that.Thank you guys for always having friendly faces and fresh food

Failure on the electronic order! They don't easily allow you to customize the big breakfast with bacon instead of sausage. Also slow service. Only the nice gal at the counter got you a two star.

There is only one thing they do consistently here. And that’s maintain horrible service. It’s not a once in a while thing. It’s every time. I order off the app, I’m the only person in line. They have me pull over and I sit here for no less than 15 mins while others get their orders.Something about ordering off the app? I would think that would make it stupid easy. I usually get something so basic and simple, no customization whatsoever. This is the stuff that should be a slam dunk. And yet, here I am again.I must be glutton for punishment. I’m here again and we are at 15 mins of sitting at a stall. They’ve asked me 3 times what my order was.

If you're going to have both drive through lanes open late, then use them. I had three people's order taken from the main drive before I was asked. And that's after sitting at the speaker for 15m

The Mexican lady here is so racist. I wait here for 15 minutes, after they made my food, they put a side and never call me until I came to ask the " why put my food onside and did not call me name"? She answered " you can stand a side now and I call your name now". I get cold food.I make a second order for table service. After they make my food and put on counter and did not bring to my table. I do to front and wait for 15 minutes then ask them check my order number, they said on the counter and call my name but I did not listen, I came and talked to them thag J order bring to table. I happened 2 times today.I really do not want to come here, my food just want food and it closed to my house.Bad McDonald's, bad Mexican, bad service.Look like they do not need customers.

The employees seemed as if we were a bother. Not very friendly. It was dead in there with people going through the drive through. The floors weren't mopped correctly and they looked dirty everywhere. My son said the kids play thing was extremely dirty. The fries were way over cooked.

Abnormally long wait time, roughly 20 minutes, on a drive through mobile order. Plenty of people inside just seeming to just be staring out into space. Woman who brought order acted as if she didn't have my full order in her hands, what's going on with even fast food places nowadays?

Absolutely zero customer service. Last time I was there I waited over fifteen minutes and they didn't even end up taking my order. What's worse, is they took the order of the vehicle that pulled in after I did. Lunacy. I won't be going back.

Why does McDonalds even offer ice cream? Just go outside and scratch it off the menu board. Especially when you pay for it and then they tell you when you drive forward to pick it up and they say they aren’t doing ice cream but you can pick something else to replace it. Don’t offer special limited time items and then never sell them. Ridiculous.

It's one thing to not give sauce when it's free, but as soon as Mcd started charging for sauce they should have got way more serious about giving us the sauce we paid for. I got all the way home and found out i had no sauce. And my burger had stuff on it that i asked not to be there. I asked for no ice in my drink and they filled it to the top with ice. I get yall are busy but the next person might not be as nice or calm as me when you don't give them their sauce they paid for or screw up their order. 3 stars cause the staff is nice but otherwise, food is 1 star for not getting any of it right and robbing me of my sauce.

I drove out at 1am. I ordered a big mac, and they out of that, so they offer me a normal bun. I accept, and they charge me the price of a big mac. And then me and my whole family had to wait for 20 mins at the drive-thru to get a single big mac. I see only 1 person in the kitchen and 2 other ones just talking and eating in the drive-thru. And when the burger is done, it has lost 1 bun in the middle and has no onion.

When I drove up to the drive thru window tonight at 9:44 pm. A lady ask for my order and then she disappeared. I kept asking if she was there, but she didn't say anything. I then drove around to the pick up window because the doors were locked. The window was half open and I could see two guys and one young lady laughing and playing around. I asked if they were closed. the lady said no. She then took my order at the window. I ordered two meals and was surprised that our food was ready within a couple of minutes. When I opened the bag our fries and food was cold! The burgers were cold and just thrown together. My husband took our food back to the window. This time a guy was standing at the window, he said that he would remake our food. As soon as my husband walked back to our car, we saw two employees walking outside the restaurant and they started hugging and kissing right outside the building where we was parked. After a few minutes, she went back inside the restaurant and came back with our food. She had an attitude and said, "here's your food". Of course, we did not eat the food because we didn't think it would be safe to eat. Needless to say, we spent $16.10 for nothing.
