Papa Johns Pizza

Took well over an hour jus for someone to pick it up. Was cold when it got here and forgot my dipping sauces so definitely don't order cheese or breadsticks

I ordered a pizza online from this location on 2/2/25 at 6:13. I received the confirmation email stating that it would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. An hour passed by and there was still no delivery. I called to see what was going on and a girl answered and immediately put me on hold without even giving me a chance to speak. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and deciding to never give this establishment my money again. AWFUL experience. SMH.

Worst store to ever order a pizza from, deleveries are always late, my last one was over an hour, and the pizza was cold and old.

Great night crew that were being attentive and entertaining us Dashers during a lengthy wait. They never missed a beat in getting the rush of online orders started and out the door while having customers who weren't kind at all. Great service!!!

I was notified my takeout order was ready and went to pick it up. Once I got there, I waited for over half an hour for my order that was sitting on the outgoing shelf because only one person out of the six there could read. I am consistently disappointed with this location, and to top it off, tonight they had an actual child working behind the counter and moving boxes around. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location. This one is barely operable.

I ate there at noon on 10-2-2024. The employees were fast and friendly. Food was great. I'll return for sure. Place is well run.

Ordered online. Didn't receive the 3 sauces I ordered and paid for. I chatted online and they told me to fill out a customer feedback survey. Well of course the site wasn't working. I finally got it to work. They asked for the store number. I can't find the store number anywhere online. They ask or the order number. I can't find an order number on the stickers on the box like they said. So I have no sauces for the breadsticks and the pizza is soggy with too much sauce. Never getting Papa John's again!

We came in at 9 pm as we came in the manger was in her office texting the two other employees were outside smoking cigarettes as we came in one employee opened the door for us the other took our order the manger came directly out and did the pizza crust while one employee did the topping the other employee was standing near the pizza making area eating a slice of pizza not one employee washed there hands once we asked them to wash their hands they did offer to to remake the Pizza but by then we really didn't want to eat it we gave to a homeless person who sitting outside

I live 700 feet from here and was unable to order carryout at 12:05AM even though their closing time is 1AM. Ended up ordering pizza (without the deal of interest available) for delivery via DoorDash 3 minutes after being denied carryout (lost our $8 deal). Great DoorDash driver, but very disappointed with the service of this location. Will be ordering pizza elsewhere next time due to extreme lack of convenience.
