NOBODY out pizza's the Hut... except other Pizza huts. 10/10 all around unless you ask for extra sauce on your pizza, otherwise no issues.

It's my own fault. I don't learn my lesson and continue to occasionally give Pizza Hut another shot. I used to love PH, but it went from consistently good to inconsistent to consistently bad over the last several years.The new melts are greasy and tasteless. They continually undercook pizza and seemingly can't cut slices. My pizza was definitely pulled out of the oven conveyor early and was not properly cut. Makes for another bad pizza. I'll just stick with Dominoes. They stepped it up and are way better now than PH.

Would give less than 1 star if possible. Ordered over the phone because app and website ordering wouldn't work for this location. Was told would be delivered in 30 minutes. Called after 45 minutes to check on order. They couldn't find it in the system. While I was on the phone got a text message saying delivery would happen in 30 minutes. Apparently, they now use door dash instead of their own driver. Got a message from door dash with drivers name and phone number so called her. Initially, she couldn't find my order either, then found it but said it was coming from Hog Wild not pizza hut. Decided to cancel order because I could see the delivery was going to a different delivery prior to.mine and it had now been over an hour and half. When I called to get refund their system wouldn't work so I was told I'd have to go to the store so they could run the refund. The young man who I spoke to on the phone was obviously stressed out as he was very abrupt and rude during each call. When I arrived at the.locationit was dirty and unkempt. The young lady Manager was pleasant and apologized but the overall experience was the worst I have had when ordering delivery.

We've been ordering from this Pizza Hut formany, many years. (21st & Tyler) The last couple of times it was nothing to talk about. We ordered carryout this evening because our new favorite Pizza place was closed. Probably not even a 1/2 oz of sauce on each Pizza. I'm not a "call and complain" person, but for what we paid, the Pizza was terrible. It seemed like the toppings were just thrown on there. Hardly any cheese. I called and (after being hung up on twice) was was told to bring my pizzas back up and they would remake them. I brought them back up and offered to show him that there was no sauce. I was very nice and even apologized for the inconvenience. I had tipped decently as well. He seemed very irritated and was very short with me. He said to keep the other 2 Pizza's because they were going to toss them in the trash anyway. The 2 new re-makes barely had any sauce as well. My son and I lifted the toppings in the middle to barely find any. With this guy's attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if the sauce was spit. Not eating this. Washing our hands of Pizza Hut for good. What has happened in the customer service industry? I go out of my way to make sure my customers leave happy where I work. We are done with not just this Pizza Hut that we used to like. We are done with all of them. Too much competition out there. You would think they would care. The Customer is the reason the employees receive a paycheck.

Only reason they received one star is because that is the lowest I could give. Placed a delivery order, estimated delivery time was 65-75 minutes. 2 hours later it was delivered except the forgot the drinks, the food was ice cold. Tried to call 4 times after waiting on hold it would hang up. Drive up there explained the situation they offered to remake it but it would be awhile. Asked for a refund was told that was not an option only a credit would be given. After a discussion a refund was given. Terrible experience.

The pizza usually tastes pretty good, but their workers are pretty rude, and they never answer the phone. Today I ordered from the app and it said there was a network error. I called to make sure my order went through properly. They didn't answer. I checked the app and the price doubled, like I was doubling my order. I called them again, still never answered. I checked the app again and it looked like the order doubled again. The email told me what time the pizza would be ready, but the app never showed an order was placed. I drove over there, and the guy said my pizza wasn't even in the oven, and his current wait time for carryout was 30 minutes. That's 30 min past the time the email said it would be ready. When I asked him about the email, he said "well its not ready." I asked him if he had a time I should come back, and he said "nope!" If someone answered the phone, it could have saved both of us some time.

This location sucks for carryout. And the hygiene of some of the employees is questionable.
Today I called this Hut to order a pizza melt. I love the supreme pizzas and when I ordered my melt I asked if they could make a melt like a supreme melt. They did and it was so delicious. It was perfect! The same toppings in it as a supreme pizza in the wonderful melt crunch crust. I will definitely order these more. The young man taking my order was so kind and happy to figure it out with me. A very top notch experience!!

The manager that works at this place needs to be taken out back. He is very rude and has absolutely no customer service. His name is David. I will be getting in contact with the GMand the cooperate office about this discrepancy. I called to let them know that I was unhappy with my order and long story short, DAVID hung up on me. I will find him and have a 1 on 1 talk with him, in a dark alley somewhere.

If I wanted to bake it at home I would've ordered Papa Murphy's. This was the first time I've ordered pizza hut in a while and probably will never order again.
