Service was not as good as it could have been. The server was nice and polite but seem to not know everything that was needed. Had to ask for a straw after getting my drink. Took a while to get biscuits. They usually bring those right away. Server seemed to not know what was needed for crab legs. Had to ask for drawn butter and napkins. Never got a bowl to use to put the shells in so I used a bowl I got the appetizer in. Server did not come by very often to check on me. Crab was good but rice was not. Maybe over cooked. Been to this restaurant about 6 months to a year ago and the service and food was much much better. Something changed over the time.

My girl and I decided to go to red lobster. We sat down and waited for about 12 minutes for our food. My lady ordered a 7 oz steak and I got a 44$ lobster and steak plate. It came with 2 sides I chose the potatoes and broccoli.Everything was great besides one thing. The lobster tasted frozen. We ended up talking to the waitress and ended up just getting another steak. The only reason I'm not putting 1 or zero stars us because let me tell you guys; that steak was AMAZING.

Seriously. Everything was great. The server was on point and made for a fun and great evening. The food was delicious. The music was slamming. 10/10 we will be back again.Dietary restrictions: My friend is highly allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. None of the desserts had any nuts. He had his pick of the menu without fearing for his life. And it was all so good.

The waitress was great. Front door staff horrible. No greeting asked how many she said we would have to wait and I don’t know how long. We almost left. 30 sec later she seated us. There were five adults and 2 kids and they put us in a booth! There were empty tables all around us being the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Stated my dissatisfaction and the seater walked away without saying anything. We will not be back.

TAYLOR TONIGHT WAS WONDERFUL! She had me and my girls set up tonight for a lovely evening. I cannot express how amazing Taylor was, Im speechless. I usually don’t dine out because the service quality has been going downhill but TAYLOR TONIGHT made me rethink my decision. I LOVE how passionate and attentive she was to us and to what appeared other tables she was in charge, SHE IS A ROCK STAR AND A CHAMP. Honestly give this girl a raise, like she killed it. I will be coming and asking for TAYLOR AND ONLY TAYLOR. WE ALL LOVE YOU!

Just disappointed overall. Observed cleaning very dirty tables with only one wipe on three large tables. How clean can that be? Will think long and hard before going back.

My husband and I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a very long time so we thought oh that sounds good...... so we found the one over on the east side of Wichita and went in and they seated us in a room that was freezing ... our waitresses just said "yeah this room is always colder than the rest of them.... We ordered our drinks and the stuffed mushrooms (nasty) brought us biscuits with no butter...(dry)We ordered choice of 2 shrimp and 1 side ... All shrimp was cold... My husband ordered a bake potato with lobster on top as his side... size of an apple... (very small) that came after he had finished his meal... All in all nothing was óa good experience! And we spent way to much money for nasty cold food
