I have been a loyal Sport Burger fan for about four years and recently have seen a drastic decline in the level of service and an increase in receiving incorrect orders after watiing inline for 65 minutes. My most recent visit on Wednesday, 20 March 2024, took 65 minutes waiting in line to place and recieve my order. The service was much slower than usual with only four cars in front of me. I placed my ususal order for a bacon cheese burger combo, onion rings (w/up-charge) and a strawberry soda. My toppings were well done grilled onions, mustard, cheese, lettuce and tomato and bacon. I repeated my order twice to verify it with the cashier. Here's the rating on my order once as recieved: Burger: nearly burned, dry like a hockey puck. Toppings: Onion not grilled and still white & crunchy; bacon was greasy and not crispy; mustard - NONE, lettuce - NONE, tomato - NONE Strawberry soda: Can was nice and cold Onion rings: Flavorful and crispy I normally would not complain, but to wait 65 minutes in-line and then recieve my order with the WORST burger I have ever had was disappointing to say the least. I would have returned for a replacement burger, but I live 30 minutes away from Sport Burger. To add insult to injury I gave the cashier a $3.00 tip! Perhaps Sport Burger needs to pay closer attention to getting the customers orders right and get their burger quality back to where it was in the years past. I will no longer patronize the business as a result, its a shame becuase they were my number one burger joint in Wichita.

Hey....everyone....if you have not heard...new hours for Sport Burger...evenings only now....like 4 - 8 ...Tues thru Sat...... No daytime right now !!! Drove by last week..saw lights and a line...so l drove around the block and got in line...line that night was considerable shorter than lunch use to be...... Great as ever....wish they would cut their own fries !!! Great burgers !!!.Friendly family !!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST BURGERS. Drive thru only, cash only (or cash app). Just jam to your favorite tunes, put your car on accessory (so you don't waste gas), and enjoy the time spent waiting because it is 1000% worth it. Genuinely wonderful people doing what they love: making great food. Be kind and expect to wait because good things take time. Love these people, love this place, don't ever change because y'all are doing it right!
This place is God sent. After I ordered, I read that they only except cash. I didn't have enough cash on me. I almost went out of the line, but I figured I would tell them I didn't have enough at the window. When I went to the window, I told her I didn't know they only except cash and I didn't have enough to cover my food. She told me not to worry about it, that my food was almost done. That was so thoughtful of her. I was really having a tough day and she really lifted my spirits. Next time I go, I will definitely give her a nice tip. The burgers were so good and the buns were soft and warm. Best place for burgers in wichita.

Anyone who knows me knows I hate waiting in line. I waited 1 hour in line for a 3/4 lb burger, 1/2 lb burger, a drink, and onion rings tonight. It was worth EVERY SECOND! I tried this place for the first time earlier this week and I had to go back! This place is cash only and had quite a line when I got there. Once you try it, you'll understand why!Kourtney and her mom, Connie, did a wonderful job! 10/10 service. 10/10 food. 10/10 price. 1000/10 will be going back! I spent $18 for all of that and it is my new favorite burger place. If you want a good, greasy burger, this is the place to go! They make it fresh when you order (which is why the wait time is what it is) and they are so kind. Support local and support quality food by getting food here! If you can leave a good tip, I highly recommend it because their business is worth every bit! My only regret is not finding this place sooner! You've got a customer for life and I can't wait until I visit again! ?
Our first time here was AMAZING! Just remember to bring your cash. No cards accepted! We didn't know this and had to run to the ATM, but they were so gracious! The food was fantastic and huge portions! I had to save half my burger for later and when I reheated it, it was still yummy! We will definitely be back!!
