I've never really had a great experience here. One time a employee was doing dishes, didn't see people in line, ignores me when I said "excuse me" because she had two airpods in. When she finally saw us she rolled her eyes and finished doing a few dishes before taking orders. Another time I didn't get taken care of for maybe 5 minutes while the employees all chatted and joked and talked and ignored me, not doing anything. This has happened atleast twice. Another time I simply asked if I could grab my receipt, because I needed it. And the person at the counter sighed, snatched it and practically tossed it down on the counter to me. Not happy with this place lol.

I got my go to brown sugar shaken expression today and received the best one I’ve ever had! This nice older lady was working and she was kinda slow, but boy did she come through! Thank you to this lady for making my coffee perfect! The proportions were just how they should be!
