I love their smoothies, bowls and the food. The only reason I'm not rating a 5 is because of that cutting board that's in desperate need of being replaced. It's easily seen from the drive thru window. It makes me hesitate to order any food.

I went inside to make sure my order was accurate, (was ordering for myself and some picky eaters). I asked for 2 Sunshine Smoothie 2 times and she kept "correcting me" saying I meant Sunrise.. Sunset.. no. I'd like the one I asked for please.. "we don't have anything like that"... I said just previously bought one the day before so, I was NOT mistaken. And I pulled up the menu. They got mine and my ppls orders but forgot the edicle straws.. at first they supposedly only had 1 kind and it was not lime.. so, yet again, I just pointed behind her to the jar of the different colored flavored straws and she quickly added them to the two huge bags I was carrying. Like the place; just seems a little more training might be a good idea. It's quite frustrating and pricey to have to argue about everything in your order when you have less than 30 mins for lunch.
Love the smoothies, and they have some tasty and somewhat healthy snack options, too.

I love this place but i’m getting a little annoyed because for the past 2 months every time i come they’re out of EVERY food order. I asked about it today and they said the new training manager hasn’t been trained on how to place truck orders. This is ridiculous. Where is management??

Very good options for summer ? I tried the açaí bowl and smoothie and both were good.
The trash was full and couldn't throw the trash away. The food was alright. But the smoothie was good. The tables were also dirty

I received an email for a birthday smoothie - clicked redeem which took me to my app which had been logged out. Tried to reset pwd (as I did not recall original) once logging back in it now says the password I just created or the email are wrong - can’t create a new account as my email is used - I have no need for Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love Tropical Smoothie about 50% of the time because that’s about the rate they get my order correct. When it’s done correctly, it’s fantastic, but how many times can you mistake the jerk sauce for the Thai sauce on a Thai Chicken Wrap? How many times do you forget an entire item for a pickup order? Also, please don’t tell me the order will be ready in 20 minutes when it’s going to be a solid 35 or 40 minutes. If the service could improve, I’d revisit this review but after months of saying “I need to leave a review” - here it is.

I ordered an acai bowl. They made it pretty quick. I got it to eat right away, and it's completely frozen solid. So how am I supposed to eat it?? Especially with a little plastic spoon!
