The Rickhouse Thieving tour was our favorite of multiple distillery tours on our bourbon trail trip. Our guide Patrick was excellent & hung around post-tour to answer any extra questions.

Having a top notch restaurant located on distillery grounds greatly enhances the experience of visiting the facility. Great selection of food items that worked for individuals in our party that had allergies or were not eating meat. It was cool and rainy so wasn't able to see how the ambiance would be with the outside tables. We can imagine it would be an enjoyable setting amongst the distillery buildings.

Fantastic Rick house thieve tour and late lunch. We LOVED this tour and experience. Hats off to Bardstown Bourbon Company. At lunch, we had the brussel sprouts (yummmy!!!), Caesar salad with salmon and chicken sandwich. It was all delightful.

Best food on the Bourbon Trail! Great hamburger and as the server said, “the best fried chicken sandwich around”. Our server Will was exceptional, he provided great recommendations beyond the menu. He even checked on us after our bourbon tour. Will definitely be back!

Service was phenomenal. Our server was Will and he is amazing. The food was delightful and the whole atmosphere was laid back and classy for a casual dining experience. Highly recommend getting some cocktails to-go as well.

We have never had a bad meal at this location. The food choices are fresh and creative in presentation. You can have your pick of bourbon and cocktails (obviously!) and they have a good wine selection for those who don't do bourbon.

This is a MUST visit bourbon distillary! We had the pleasure of doing the Bourbon & Bites experience which we will never forget! Our Host Dan was amazing! The Bar & Restaurant is great! Some of the best bourbon in Kentucky!

This was our group's first time to dine at Bardstown Bourbon Co. The food was excellent, and the service was excellent . I wish the acoustics were a bit better, it would be nice if the room were not so loud.

Saw that it was close off the road so the car steered itself there. Went to have lunch and it was delicious!!! Server Will was great too. Very nice and modern place. Left with a bottle so they got us all the way ;)

The food, drinks, and service were excellent. If you're looking for a great place to stop for lunch while you're on the Bourbon Trail, this would be a good choice. Classy, but not overly expensive.
I think this is the 3rd review I've written for Bardstown Bourbon Company, but the experience was so great I want to make sure others take advantage of it! We did lunch as a group of 8 followed by the tour. Will was our server, absolutely fantastic, food was 10/10. Dan was our tour guide - can't recommend him enough. We spent about 3 hours there, but I wish we would have gone a little earlier to really had time to enjoy all the property has to offer. If you're local-ish to Bardstown or passing through this is a must! Very different from other distilleries I've toured.

This was an absolutely phenomenal experience! We started with lunch at the restaurant and the food/drinks were top notch. Our group ordered several dishes and ended up sharing because everyone had to taste them all. Will was a great server, very personable, quick and attenentive. We the did a tour and Daniel was fantastic as our guide. We had another group with ours that was clearly intoxicated but he handled it well and the tour was very unique and interesting. 100% would recommend!

Went with some friends and had a great time! I’m not a bourbon drinker, and still enjoyed some of the tastings that were served to us. I loved the modern twist to it and, as an engineer, I appreciated getting a glimpse into the process itself! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and well-trained. They answered all our questions and were very friendly! This was my first bourbon tour, and because of this experience, I hope to go on some more. We might even book the lounge room they have available to rent out for a special occasion!

Typically we love to come in and enjoy a drink. Today was not such a great experience. The ladies behind the bar were not attentive to anyone needing to order. We Stood and waited for about 10 minutes before one of them even acknowledged that we were even there. No eye contact what so ever. Hopefully this is not something that happens again.

The tasting area hosts are not just knowledgeable but total bourbon enthusiasts. The restaurant bar was well-stocked with competitor bourbons and other spirits, and the barkeep knew how to make craft cocktails with amazing flair. Try the Manhattan and the Old Fashioned, or a Margarita, if bourbon is not your thing. Excellent gift shop with the latest in Bardstown expressions. I never miss stopping into Bardstown Bourbon Company when I am visiting. Quality, confidence, sophistication, commitment, and value: what else is there?
