Yuca's opening week has gone wonderfully and I look forward to returning. We had four in our group sampling most of the menu, and we found that everything was spiced extremely well with great balance and taste. Poutine? strawberry jalapeno paloma? four amigos?yuca toast? fat zach? big bad wolf? Jalisco espresso??? if I had to add one retractor it's that Yuca can be a little salt heavy.
