I ordered through the Jimmy Johns app on two different occasions and had opposite experiences. First time, order was delivered by a JJ store driver in 18 minutes, could not have been faster. Second time, delivered through a third party driver (probably Uber Eats), even though I ordered direct, delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Marked as “out for delivery” for 40 of those minutes. Very stressful, and there’s no way to know which reality you’re going to get

I just couldn’t eat the food ! The guy that fixed my sandwich had rings & piercings all over his face !! Sickening !! Absolutely sickening !! How can you have someone like that preparing our food ? I love Jimmy John’s & stop all the time. It was my first time at this location & don’t worry we won’t be back ! Absolutely sickening !

Jimmy John's reminds me of the subs I got when I lived in Buffalo New York. The bread is chewy on the outside and soft on the inside. When I order, I ask them to leave bread in, they take some out to make room for the inside. perfectly delicious!

This store is very clean! They had 4 team members working. 1 was sweeping, 2 were making sandwiches.It was my first time at this location which is closest to my home but I always went to Campbell Lane location.The ladies were friendly and greeted me immediately. I let them know that I ordered thru the app which is quite convenient.The food was great as always.This location gets 5 stars!
I ordered a sandwich..Some snobby white girl fixed it and sat it on the counter and spun around real fast and said here u go ...I swear these young females need to be punched in the face...

Made an online order. After it got here I checked and one of the subs was wrong. I called them and when I told them that the sub was wrong, I got this snicker from her and an "Okay" Didn't seem like she wanted to really help at all. The attitude just wasn't right.
