Enjoyed my trip to Krystal's last Sunday with my parents. The food was great as always and the atmosphere was great too. One suggestion on the food, need more chili and cheese on the chili cheese frise..

Place deserves 0 stars. On shift manager scratched his face more than twice then touched our burgers with no gloves nor did he wash his hands after touching his face. Asked if our food could be remade because we watched him touch and scratch his face multiple times, he immediately got on the defensive and tried to argue, then said he would not remake the food but would give us our money back. No wonder there were no customers and this place has a 3.8 rating. I've been to this exact Krystal years ago and I remember it being completely different than this. This is also the only Krystal for I don't know how many miles, but I highly doubt I'll stop here again. White Castle will get my business next time in the mood for this style of food.

Quick service, very pleased with the customer service, they were very friendly. Wish I had caught their name. Only gripe I have is they have changed the french fries. I love Krystal and I love their fries however they have changed them to fries that have the peel still on them. Yuck. I probably will not be choosing this restaurant in the future.

Give them a try. It good if you want to eat alone or take the family. Small burgers and eat them individually or grab a case or two. The crew is down to earth and makes ya feel like a friend that you have known your whole life.

Was looking for something fast and lite. The drive thru was quick, and the staff was friendly friendly. The food was descent and had just come off the griddle.
Burgers were cold when I got them. Service was horrible, the lobby area was dirty. Most likely need new cooks in there who actually care about serving people.
