This place is a GEM! It is real, authentic Cuban food, and it was delicious! We tried the fried plantains, tamale, croquets, ropas vieja (slow-cooked beef), and mixed platter (chicken and steak). It was all great, but the plantains and chicken were our favorites! The atmosphere and service are also great! Felt like we were in the middle of Miami. Definitely try it out. I can’t wait to come back and try a mojito!

What a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in I was made to feel very welcomed! Manuel and his staff were so accommodating. I had the Ropa Vieja with Congri Rice and it was terrific! If you are looking for a new place to try you should definitely hit this place up! I don't think you will be disappointed.

My co-worker and I loved our visit to 90 Millas. The owner was so kind, the staff were excellent, and we loved the food and drinks. I think this is a great place to get authentic Cuban food in Bowling Green. On the weekends, there is tons of dancing and fun.

We went in between lunch and dinner on a Saturday. The menu was easy to understand, and the waitress was super informative as we had never had Cuban food before. Service was good. Food took a little time to come out but I expect that in-between busy times. We were the only ones eating for most of the time we were there. The appetizers were really good, we had croquettes and empanadas that were great. The meals were really good, the only problem we had was my wifes Ropa Vieja was dry. The owner stopped by asked how everything was and gave us a discount because I was wearing a USAF Veteran hat. I didn't ask for it or expect it but really appreciated that extra touch. We will be back

We went early on a weekday, they were slow but we were dining early for dinner. Manuel was very kind and answered the few questions that we had. Pito was our server and he was equally kind and made our experience fun. They were out of pork as Manuel said they were waiting on an order. I’m cool with a place that has high standards for suppliers and won’t compromise quality. Our food was delicious, I was going to get pork but went with whatever they suggested. Ordered a Mojito - simple drink, but oh my goodness this one was GREAT. They use Yerba Buena, like mint but not. So good and aromatic. I can tell they don’t sacrifice quality authentic ingredients they serve if they are picky about their mint / herb choices. We look forward to going back. Some of the other reviews here are a bit harsh, you should see for yourself what this place has to offer. I’m as white as sliced bread and I feel they were kind and welcoming to me and my spouse. I’m glad they are part of the community

Great food and service. Loved the margaritas on the rocks and frozen. Good sized portions at a good price. We will return.

Very friendly but limited menu and lacked a lunch type offering. Was out of two items I tried to order, tamales and flan. Check the online menu before going to ensure you want to visit. I got the chicken salad and it was ok.

First time trying Cuban food. This establishment did not disappoint.I ordered fried plantains, which I haven't had since college. They were cooked perfectly. For my main dish, I ordered the Vaca frita, which is a shredded flank steak marinated for hours before served with your choice of either congri (black beans and rice) or white rice with beans. It also comes garnished with a few slices of tomato and some cabbage. Also ordered was the masa de puerco, which was fried pork with congri and garnished the same way as mine was. It is described as authentic as you can get here in kentucky. After speaking with one of the owners, she said everything is made from scratch. You can really tell they don't cut corners. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is dancing at the bar after 9pm. There is also unlimited free pool, which I find interesting.Overall, a great experience. It is a little off of russellville road, so I'd recommend putting it in your GPS. Definitely will be back, and recommend you try it as well. 9.3/10Parking: Approximately 12 parking spots.

If you turn onto St.Charles St., just keep driving. Ignore the industrial buildings until you arrive at this small, innocuous-looking building that is this Cuban restaurant & bar. If I were to remove a star, it would be because of the exterior. But I'm not going to remove a star. Once again, I come to an ethnic restaurant that looks questionable on the outside. But as we all know, those are the restaurants that have the BEST food. So I entered the restaurant, bravely and was greeted immediately by a very friendly server, who offered me to sit in either the dining or the bar area. I chose the dining area because it had more light. The bar area was way too dark for my preference, but she explained that the state law required them to keep it dark (because it's a bar area). The bar area has seating along the bar itself, and at a few tables in the area. Plus, (and it's a big plus for me) there is a pool table and and music plays all the time. :-) So I tried the drink soursop (guanabana) which is a tropical fruit that tastes like a combination of strawberries and apples. I really enjoyed it! Try it on ice because it tastes better when it is cold, per the recommendation of my wonderful server. As an appetizer, she brought to me fried onion rings with an amazing creamy garlic sauce for dipping. I am ashamed to say that I inhaled those onion rings! I dipped each one dipped in the flavorful garlic sauce. For dinner I ordered the eight. The pork team sliced with caramelized onions on top it I could not believe how tender and flavorful the pork was. Just amazing scrumptious! It melted my mouth. Eating it along with the congri was just a delightful experience. The dish came with a side salad (chopped red cabbage over sliced tomatoes) that was nothing special , but it looked very pretty. Foolishly, I ordered a side on yucca. It comes with warm queso on the side. I tried the yucca dipped in the queso AND dipped in the creamy garlic sauce (that came with the appetizer onion rings). While I liked both flavors, I preferred the garlic sauce with the yucca (I'm just a sucker for garlic). As I said earlier, the flavors of the pork, caramelized onions and congri were the stars of this dish. The tasty food, efficient service and the friendly owner (who visited my table and talked to me while I waited for my food), almost makes me wish I lived here so that I could partake at my convenience. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. If you are ever close to here, you should try it also.

I ate at 90 Millos because my family loves Cuban food. We looked for a Cuban restaurant. Even though we’re from Florida, where there are many Cuban restaurants, this is one of the best I’ve ever tasted! I had the Ropa Vieja. It was seasoned to perfection! And the rice & beans were delicious!I highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere and service were great. The restaurant was empty other than our table.I ordered Tamales, it was bad, no pork, just overly cooked fried pork rinds laying on the plate and a few on top of the tamale. Then pickled onions on top, bread was mushie and oily.

3 stars because the food was good. The service however was not very good and they didn't have Cuban coffee available because the bartender wasn't there and no one else apparently knew how to make it, which doesn't make sense to me in a Cuban restaurant. Also expect to hear music semi loud as it's also a bar on the other side.
