It’s fast food and barely qualifies as pizza. No one with half a brain would try to compare it to an authentic New York pizzeria. But within its humble category, the Papa John’s in the WKU student union food court seemed to be competently managed. I wouldn’t go out of my way for their food, but when you’re stuck on campus and the only alternatives are Chick-fil-A and freshly-caught squirrel, it’s pretty good.Vegetarian options: Cheese pizza. When all else fails…

Lyle the manager is the worst human is have ever spoken with. He is rude arrogant selfish profane and not qualified to present himself as a manager . I have had several problems with this man. He has lied he has hung up on me. He has argued and called me a liar . He has refused to replace orders that there was not reason he should not have. I spend hundreds of dollars at the restaurant that should definitely be managed by someone other than him . unfortunately it is the store nearest and I would love to get service at another Papa Johns but they won't allow that. I have been DENIED service because they said I have to many issues .well let me tell you when I order several several times weekly and spend hundreds monthly well you should expect me to complain more than others BECAUSE I order there more than others .AND you wouldn't have to worry about it Mr lyle if you would do your job for one and also resign as well before you get fired because it is definitely in your future. You can NOT treat people that way. You are rude and I am calling Corporate every day until you are terminated. Also I will order from there when I want to .You can NOT tell me otherwise. Zero stars

Even though the food is good, the service is the absolute worst. There’s only one or two guys there that actually know how to be nice for once. Every time I go though, there’s never anyone nice. There’s this one girl that has brown curly hair and I think blue eyes and just a tad shorter than me (I’m 5’ 11”). She rolls her eyes constantly, is always on her phone and is the rudest person there. Why do they even have her there or put her at the register?! I have NO idea. I’ll try to start up conversation with her sometimes and she just IGNORES me and rolls her eyes. I wish they’d get rid of her or move her to the FAR back so no one has to deal with her.

There is no better way to describe eating Papa John's pizza than to compare it to biting into jello. The cheese, sauce and toppings are fine, but that dough... Well, I guess people who worry about there teeth falling out always have a restaurant for themselves. Good service. #273
Look, I like Papa John's pizza as much as the next guy. They have capability to do better, but they don't. I've ordered there for awhile. They've been on Russellville rd since 1989. Wow, boom!! Pizza now is undercooked I'm assuming that they're trying to push out as much as possible, and under cooking the pizza unless you order well-done, then they burn it. Guys, recalibrate the oven! This will be my last order, I like you all! Great service amidst substandard food. And I'm giving you three stars where as everyone else gave you one.., and that's for quick delivery..

We stayed in Bowling Green July 4. A lot of restaurants were closed and we ordered Papa John’s for delivery service. We got The Works. It was your average pizza, nothing to write home about. The pizza was delivered on time and the driver was very courteous.
