I have been going to the den for a while, and it was enjoyable at first. The food was good, it was hot, clean, and always correct.Now, I get hair in my order almost everytime I order and very few of the workers wear hair nets or even have most of their hair away. Especially bangs.Today I ordered a lil den burger and literally got bun, meat ,bun. And was not given an opportunity to have my order corrected.That place is beautiful, but I only give 4 stars cuz the employees are lowkey aggressive. The hair in the food is somehow my fault… and my order being wrong is also not worth their time.

Food is pretty good compared to some of the options on campus. You have to order through the sidekick app though, which confused me the first time I went.

The food is okay for what we get out of it as students. The options are limited compared to what it on the regular menu. Would love to see more options as a student! The sidekick ordering process is easy but why do i have to wait 40 minutes for my food to be done. Let’s do better WKU. Also here is the pic of the last food i got from the den.

The food is greasy but that's expected from Denny's. Unless you order chicken strips it takes awhile for your food to be ready but that means it fresh. Easier dining option for students who live towards the back of campus.
Use to be a good place.Now, their service is really slow.The worst is the other day I ordered a Beyond order and they gave me a burger with actual beef.This is the second time my order was mess up.People who are working there always seems like they are confused with the orders.Its a shame!
Don't Worry AboutMe
This place..I go in there with my gf and our friend to eat. It's on campus, they should expect to be reasonably busy. We go in and order our food and they tell us they can't do any shakes or ice cream until all of the people have gotten their food. So we order our food and as soon as we get it, it's cold. Food wasn't good, fpod was cold. Ran out of ketchup. Ran out of pancake batter. This place sucks so hard! They should shut it down!
